Yea, I'm pretty sure it was. me and my siblings went there a lot so I'm sure it was always like that.

And didn't Spyro's Lair, like, die? I don't see why they would update it.

And I guess SpyroLUVA could be right, and that the title "Spyro's Kingdom" could just be referring to Spyro living in a Kingdom.. but I still think that title's misleading.

That probably would make sense, and if thats the case it COULD im saying it could lead to a LOS continuation maybe of him living in a new bigger and better kingdom from what warfang was, remember guys the final cutscene where you see the chronicler reading the book, you see the three gaurdians and a couple of moles rebuliding what looks like warfang. Maybe they made it bigger and then spyro and who knows if cynder will be in this game will live there.

Maybe, it's just you, Bolt. Cause I've been on Spyro's Lair a lot in the past when it was still active, and I read the Spyro profile a lot of times too. That profile hasn't changed.

Spyro's Kingdom is probably a working title. Sonic and the Secret Rings was announced under the name "Sonic Wildfire" and was even known as that during the preview builds, but they changed the name before release. Sonic 06 went by the name "Sonic Crackdown" at the early stages, and heck, remeber when Dawn of the Dragon was under the name "The Darkest Hour"?

Question: Were sites about the games made using the test titles of those games?

Also, about the Lair... I don't recall seeing it there in the past, but I think it reffered to him leading in DotD ie.we have to move inunison, follow my lead.

About the image of the green Chronicler dragon, I think that was from when they were building the city in the first place. I think as it came up Hunter was saying it was built by the moles when dragons were revered.

For "The Darkest Hour", no.
For "Sonic Crackdown", I'm not sure.
For "Sonic Wildfire", I'm not sure, but I think it may have had a site under that name.

I dunno, we have to wait and see, but I'd think that more often than not, a site with the same name as the game's supposed title means that the title is final. But that's just my thoughts.

Anywho, I would prefer Spyro to not be a king. Not because it could take away from his adventures(many kings go into battle), but because I prefer him to be a hero who is "not obligated" to do what he does.

Here are some "little" things I would like to see in SK. Heck, call them fan service, if you must:

Fan art gallery
Classic Spyro song turned into a vocal theme
At least ONE touching SxC moment
At least ONE touching Spyro and Sparx moment
Easter Eggs, cameos, etc
More teen dragon characters
Returning characters(Elora, Bianca etc)

That's all I can think of right now.

It doesn't necessarily have to be the Spyro 1 theme, just any Classic Spyro theme would be nice!

I love Sweet Dreams too, but I think it's way too erotic sounding for a Sonic game. It would be much more at home in TLoS to be honest. But as a stand alone song, it's awesome!

Exactly. That's what I'm trying to say. Like I say that the house I'm living in is my house, but it isn't. The house belongs to my parents. Could be the same with Spyro's Kingdom. It might say that it's Spyro's Kingdom, but that doesn't mean he's the king. Heck it doesn't say anything about him being king (he could be the king).

Also, how trusting is Spyro's Lair? I beat it's all just false imfomation. To me, Spyro seems to be leader of a proud species in DOTD, because he's the purple dragon. Or, they could have made it up on the spot because Spyro's Kingdom made them believe that he would be leader of something.

Darkest hour= correct. The name of the game was The Darknest Hour until like the designed the cover, a few months before the realise. I can remember telling my cousin, "Theres a new spyro game, its called The Darknest Hour!"

I don't agree with fan art gallery, that wouldn't interest me at all, unless it was Concept Art that the developers did, then I wouldn't mind.

Returning characters? Yeah that would be good, bit of nostalgia, if done right, now Hunter in DOTD was not done right at all. I didn't mind the change in character design, but the personality was bland.

Actually, you would be suprised with the fan art gallery. In Sonic and the Black Knight, there are 3 fan art galleries, and the pictures in them are way more interesting than the concept art gallery!

If done right, it could be spectacular.

It's kind of needed. I mean, you have two characters in love, so they should be given at least one romantic moment. I would also like a bit of conflict in their relationship.

I thought there was a bit too much bickering between Spyro and Sparx, and not enough "brotherly love"!

I just think they are fun to find, and would be a nice bonus after completing the game!

I didn't really think Hunter was bland, just not given enough dialogue. He appears in a lot of cutscenes up until the Burned Lands, but does not speak after Dragon City. You could kind of tell a lot about him though. The same could be said for Cynder in TEN.

Could be that he has a very strong connection to the kingdom and the crown. He could just be a true patriot and thus feels a strong obligation to the people of the kingdom, and wishes to be thier hero/semi leader in any way.

Semi-leader: Not a true appointed leader, but he takes charge in times of crisis when people are scared and at a loss.

Art gallery's are always nice, I liked how we had to find quills to get more art in TEN. I love hunting and collecting everything like the gems in the classics.

Not sure about Fan art gallery..... I've always felt sorry for those who didn't get their art featured (lol, I wouldn't send mine in anyway though).

But concept art? Oh yeah

I always though fan art galleries were often filled with the art of the children of the people involved with the game. The gallery in Crash MoM seeemed like it was mostly done by kids, if I recall correctly.
But yeah, some concept art would be nice, though I'd like collectables which do something more necessary than that.

It hasn't really. We've been discussing what we would like to see in the next game, but what I would like to see is kind of linked to Sonic. And that picture of Sonic is my reaction to the "pervy" Spyro art, as a response to Spyroo!
