^ I think this so called, "evidence" was the fact that it had, "the legend" in the title, which I believe is rather crummy evidence.

It could go either way, but I wouldn't say it's 'crummy'. That's close to saying if a Pokemon game is announced, and it has Mystery Dungeon somewhere in the title, it's not Mystery Dungeon. smilie That's just my opinion, though. I'm not meaning to offend.

I don't think it will be a legend game, they said they were heading Spyro in a different direction, that's why they cancelled the movie.

That's a good point, but that could also mean they're changing LOS. smilie Unless this is a reboot, which I'm conflicted about... Or, they're returning to the Originals.

In other words, the 'different direction' really doesn't rule anything out...

Not nessassarily. They were going to make a Spyro movie, but they decided to take Spyro in a different direction from the movie.. so I believe it could go either way.

Also.. it says it's to be on the Wii and DS? ..I only have a PS2.. :/

Yes, it could. But that seems unlikely to me. Why would they say that, and it not be in the Legend universe? All it's going to do is get people expecting something that doesn't exist. Bad marketing, in my opinion.

Yeah, it seemed they tried to hide it from us. And it's probably on a Dutch pricelist because they've announced it there or something. Maybe if it is only coming out there, we can get it from ebay, and there is probably an English selection on there incase people there only speak English.

Well I hope the source is wrong on some accounts. For example, Spyro's Kingdom. . . - you know what that sounds stupid. I'm calling it Wings of Majesty (WoM) - being on the Wii? I have DOTD both on Wii and XBOX 360. . . and I gotta say it was a lot better to play it with an actual controller than a Wii remote & numb-chuck.

I reckon Zackeio's name for the game is better than Spyro's Kingdom, seriously...
The controllers are better than the Wii in my option. If Spyro's Kingdom fits the game, it mens Spyro probably has a kingdom and I'd hate the game probably. Though I would play it to see what it's like.

Don't get me wrong, I like the Wii (Have Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2). I just don't think it fits with Spyro.

I hope the title isn't final, and yeah, if the game / plot / execution is good, then I'm sure the title will fit. . . But Spyro's Kingdom. . . just sounds to generic for my tea.

Anyway, if they have been working on this game since 09. . . then they should be either getting to half way in their beta testing, half done with their beta testing, or almost done with their alpha testing.

As long as it compatible with the classical controller. . . I----- might just buy it for the Wii. Might.

@DC543: If its about short stories (not only would that be original in my eyes in terms of video games) then they might as well call it "Tales of Spyro", or "Spyro Tails", something like that.
