oh yeah i've heard of that place, you're suppose to jump over the portal or something, it's called enchanted gardens or something :/ idk

I did it once. I actually got there but I can't remember what it's like. If dino mines was all sand (and in the Japanese it was a purple dinosaur with a riffle that you had to fight) then I think enchanted towers was all green with flowers here and there

I tried it over and over, but I never managed to get there. I think it's fake till I see a screenshot or video.

What do you mean by "Japanese"? Spyro 3 was never released in Japan.

Can you show me a video? I did the out of level glitch, both of them! But, I can't seem to find this secret world! Can you do a video or a screenshot of the place so I can know for sure?

There is a glitch where you fly out of the level, but you have to do it just right, and you'll get to this secret level, I'm starting to think it's fake...

I've tried this countless times, and even been able to get outside the area. The hidden area they're referring to is just the portal back to the main level.
