Not sure if anyone caught this except me, but it seems as if Sprocket was going to have an in-game varient, maybe Copper/Bronze Sprocket? c: Plus I mentioned this awhile back but nobody else saw it. Plus the S2 Flameslinger Proto.

Well... if you were EVER looking for incredibly R-A-R-E Skylander prototypes from SSA... here they are in one auction! http://www.ebay.com/itm/200913...984.m1438.l2649
These are darkspyro forum member langenfeld's protos, and I can also confirm that they are indeed authentic! I'm only aware of one other Clear Prism Break and two other Stump Smashes. May seem pricey, but honestly, the opportunity to purchase prototypes doesn't come up very often.

Can someone sell the Prism Break or Stump Smash separately?

Most prototypes don't.
Some have modified them so that they do work like a normal figure. I'm not sure about Okaps clear SS pictured above. Kung Fu Man posted that he did modify his Stumpy since the base was already broken...

I've had these SSA final prototype pictures for a little while now. Contacted TFB and they verified with Activision that these are most likely final prototypes. They needed a little closer and better images, BUT this is all I could supply...
Notice their bases underneath. There isn't the typical three plastic tabs that are glued on a normal factory release (like in the Crypt base photo). Also, there isn't embossed lettering on most. I REALLY like the Spyro and Lightning Rod! Even the Prism Break is interesting...

Actually, they were confirmed not to have been. I had the same thought initially, however, TFB are the one's who use the 3D Printer and they confirmed it was not one of theirs. I was told that "hand-made" protos are synonymous with the 3D printer protos. Regardless, they are pretty cool!

I find the DS below to be even more so... can you say, "holy GIANT Drilly prototype Batman!" Imagine if they made a base with a RFID within it!? Looks like it would take up all the portal space. Speaking of portals... look at what the "Skull Tank" is sitting upon. What is that? A circus themed portal prototype??

Honestly, IMO, I just don't think there's enough of the image at this angle to say with 100% certainty that it's S2 Drobot and not it's prototype. The pic from #402 comes from TFB's prototype cabinet. As you can see from the pic below, there are multiple iterations of pretty much every figure in the cabinet. Some differences are as minute as a facial expression change or a slight paint app variation on the figure or it's base (see the Hot Dog figures for example). Without having a better image, I would tend to lean towards the S2 Drobot being a proto rather than the factory released version given where it's being stored. When I compare the S2 Drobot pic to the closeup in #402 there are little things that just seem different. That and it appears that there is more than one Drobot in the area. Based on the color scheme, I see at least another Drobot in between Trigger Happy and Drill Sergeant. At any rate, good catch on that. Sure would be nice to see an actual S2 Drobot released soon...

I wanted to include this bit of information on the 2011 E3 figures (Spyro, Trigger Happy, & Gill Grunt). While I stated in the OP, that these are NOT prototypes, I believe the programming on their RFID's are prototype like in nature. The figures themselves are the same as the SSA released versions.
As I've done more research on these I've discovered that when placing these over a portal, they generate a read/register error like this one: The reason for this is because these figures, and their unique RFID's, will only work on the portals used to demo the game at the 2011 E3. I've verified this with multiple users who have these figures, as well as with the author of the following video below: The 3:03, 3:46, & 4:25 mark of the video show the E3 figures when placed upon the E3 prototype portal: Here's a normal SSA Spyro sequence when placed upon the portal: For more info regarding the 2011 E3's: http://blog.pricecharting.com/...spyro-gill.html

So... what the video is saying is that there are more E3 booth exclusives of figures other than the starter 3? Like the stump smash and choppy have unique RIFD chips too.

Acti simply brought a handful of SSA's to 2011 E3 for demo, but NOT given away like the 3 mentioned above. Yes, all of the RFID's that day would have been specific to the E3 proto portal.
