Well, we were discussing if another franchise had jumped the shark. Sonic is the best example of a game franchise that has ALREADY done that. Another example is Tony Hawk, whom jumped the shark the moment we saw the Tony Hawk Ride board.

CoD, and Halo are THIS close to doing the same.

How is Halo?
Call of Duty yeah I know is abandoning WWII, but even that is kinda sorta understandable. There is only so much you can make out of a war that lasted just shy of six years.

And DO NOT DISS Halo for what I'm about to say. Please keep the drama to yourselves, I'm not in the least bit psyched about this, and I doubt you will be either.
Bungee(Halo's creator) has partnered with ActiVision and is producing, as we speak, the sequel to Halo 3.
Guess what? The Chief is back..

Bungie is done with Halo. All the rights to Halo now belongs to Microsoft. With that, the franchise is going to die. Remember Halo Wars? The game that sucked? It was the only one not developed by Bungie.

And while Bungie is with Activision now, and they are developing a game, it's not Halo. Like I said, Bungie is done with Halo, and they're moving on. The future of Halo lies in the hands of Microsoft.

Sonic Heroes was good in some places, bad in others.

Shadow the Hedgehog left me very disappointed.

Sonic 06 is terrible.

Sonic and the Secret Rings is a good game. The best of the games on that list.

Sonic Unleashed had great day stages, but killed itself with the Werehog sections, and how many of them there were compared to day stages.

And Black Knight is in some cases even worse than Sonic 06.

I actually kinda liked sonic unleashed's(try saying THAT three times fast) night levels. They were interesting.

And Dark Gaia was awesome! One of the coolest boss battles ever.

At first, I enjoyed the Night stages, but after a while, I'm just like.. "Ehh, come on an get to the Day Stages already!" But I overall enjoyed the game.

Has anyone heard of the old cartoon Blazing Dragons? I was listening to the theme earlier and couldn't help but picture in my head a Spyro music video done with the song. Could you imagine a Blazing Dragons style Spyro game?! I think that would be hilarious!

    As a kid, I was neutral on Dragon Tales.
    Jake Long, I think I actually liked smilie
    Those are the only cartoon dragon shows I was aware of as a kid.

    I used to watch Dragon Tales, Land Before Time(yes I know they are dinosaurs) and my two favorite disney movies were Pete's Dragon (super sad, though I don't remember much, its been years since I last saw it) and the Lion King, which I think I'm gonna watch again this weekend (after ten years you start to forgot little details...or an entire movie).
