So Play.com have sent me an-email telling me that the Crusher, Bouncer and Swarm I had pre-ordered have been delayed so they should come in the middle of next week (don't really mind seeing as I got them for 12.99 each and with free delivery)

Just order Golden Dragonfire Pack from Smyths.

I would order the triple pack from Toys R Us but I should have it reserved at my local, so I'll pick that up tomorrow after I swing by my local big Tesco.

Cant believe that the Legendary Giant is already sold out!
I only checked this afternoon and all Legendarys were out of stock
managed to get 2 triple packs will have to look for the giant in store

Can't seem to get Argos reservation to work. Heading out soon to check out ASDA/Tesco at midnight. No idea if GAME in Milton Keynes are open at midnight. Tempted to sail by just to see.

GAME and Gamestation in Milton Keynes didn't appear to be open or if they were it wasn't for long (I got there around 12:45). ASDA didn't have stock out, would be out tomorrow. Tesco had stock out and had Granite Crusher.

My order for this has just been posted. Its a good job I'm not particularly fussed when it arrives as I could go into a GAME store today and pick one up. Silly GAME.

EDIT: this guide actually arrived today. That was speedy delivery from apparant dispatch. Bit disappointed that my HMV order for my singles didn't arrive but hey it was cheaper than anywhere else so I can wait a bit longer.

EDIT2: And my games from Sainsbury's came today. The Skylanders Giants starter set is housed in a smaller box than Spyro's adventure, at least for the Xbox 360 version anyway. The 3DS version is in a bigger box than last time.

Managed to get 2 Granite Crushers from Tesco in Ayr yesterday (I went straight there after stepping off a plane from Majorca)! - I also just got 3 x GITD Fright Riders from my local Argos as well as all of my pre-orders arrived, so I have the complete first wave plus the exlcusive GITD starter set

Been in Walkden Tesco again today. They have shed loads of each character plus triples and cannon packs. Oh and about 20-30 granite crushers (which they apparently didn't have the day before!!). It's funny how the staff can manage to pick out the variants and keep hold of them but they couldn't even find any Granite Crusher despite them obviously having them.

Incidentally, some loony paid £25 for a Granite Crusher on eBay! Why?! GITD Fright Rider is going for a fortune as well (£69.99 buy it now 2 days ago!) some people need to google a bit more. Either that or they've money to burn!

Sooooooooo p***ed off right now. My GameStop.ie starter pack did turn up yesterday but they didn't leave a note but did leave with the neighbour. My neighbour just gave it to me and guess what? It's not the glow in the dark pack as confirmed in NUMEROUS emails form their support people. I guess the portal *might* be gitd but I'd have to unseal the box to see but the cynder sure isn't. I can't believe after trying so hard to avoid this because of game and gamestation's vagueness I've ended up in this situation. I've just emailed GameStop but its a bit late on a Saturday now to expect a reply until Monday. Grrrrrrrrr......

If you're in Ireland call your local shop and ask for an exchange. They still have them in my local Gamestop. Don't open it if you want an exchange. If it's not that close call the nearest you can get to and ask if you can exchange and to hold it for you.

I live in Essex, UK, which is why I laboured so much over getting a definitive answer from GameStop. (in case it wasn't available outside of Ireland). Really hoping it is a simple picking error, I'm just cheesed off. I have to go through the hassle of shipping this one back, refunding shipping costs etc.

I live in Hull and we are suppose to have one of the biggest Tesco's in Europe, a massive 75,000sqf superstore (google the biggest tesco)
yet honestly the Skylanders Giants display was tiny stuck down an isle in the middle of the dvd section upstairs opposite the clothes dept
And not a single Granite Crusher to be seen.
Last year it had pride of place downstairs near the main entrance with a massive center piece display with exclusive Whirlwind posters plastered all over it. This year i found it hard to find any skylanders and even had to ask where they were!

Finally got a reply from the ASA regarding the HMV Golden Ticket deal:

My local town Argos has Glow-in-the-Dark Fright Rider, but I already have the figure so I don't know whether I should bite. I've never had a variant like that before, though.

I managed to get in on ordering Legendary Bouncer and the new 3-pack, but I will be selling off my Pop Fizz and Chill in favour of Lightcore versions. Any idea when they're out? Do GAME still accept trade-ins on Skylanders figures?

hi just been on Play.com they've finally put the figures up on the site, all the triple packs are 20 quid i just ordered the battle pack annoyingly its not in stock at the moment but i can't really complain if am getting it for 20 instead of 25
