i went to my first concert today and holy ****, at first when other bands were playing first i was like ehhhhh then the actual main band comes on and i just went crazy, moshed, sang along and everything, like all my social anxiety had just magically gone away, it was actually amazing and the temporary hearing loss was totally worth it

That's a good reason I go to shows. Your problems cease to exist when you're too busy listening to one of your favorite bands play music in person for YOU. Please go more often!

these past few weeks have been kinda life changing, its weird knowing that these people at my new school actually want to talk to me and have been literally messaging me everyday in an attempt to talk to me and its like hey, i must be doing something right here
after that concert and actually being able to act kinda crazy in public i've felt much different too, i went alone and was struggling at first but i didnt need to rely on anyone to help me get through it, i had no signal on my phone and couldnt contact anyone without going outside which also helped
so, maybe im actually making some progress here or at least i will be but who knows, i gotta keep optimistic at least

i have really bad performance issues, and this reminds me of something that happened.

i had to present a project about something to do with the law and child life sentences. and i had to present it to the class. i was stuttering and trying to get myself together, after about 5 minutes, my teacher tells me to sit down. not in a nice way, either.

i actually walked back to my desk and hid my head. i started crying. there are other kids laughing.

my teachers never understood why my performance issues got even worse after that

i miss my friends. its been so many years but i still cant just forget them

My brother keeps getting girlfriends, like honestly he doesn't even try he just keeps getting them like, he moves from girl to girl and it pisses me the **** off cuz it's like, I've had one and it was an online relationship so where is he meeting these girls like, it pisses me off, and he makes my self esteem 0 cuz he's more attractive than me which is so ****ing unfair and I'm just, like why is this my life, watching him have such good luck with money and girls and friends and looks and I'm here with bad skin, bad hair, acne everywhere, no natural talents, terrible body and face, terrible depression, and many more things i can't fully control

We've all been there, pal! Don't worry, you'll be in a real relationship someday. That thing your brother is doing is unhealthy. Don't strive to be the guy who is constantly in and out of relationships like that. Obviously, he can't stick to one girl because there is something that makes them want to break up with him!
