My order I placed last Tuesday (the 19th) had an arrival date of today and they were just delivered here in CT.

For some reason the West coast is getting them on time (Give or take a day). The East Coast seams to be a couple days late (as much as 4 or 5 days late).
This seems to be the trend looking back on everyones post.

I wouldn't say that's true at all. I'm from the east coast and as I said mine had an estimated arrival date of today and I just got the package in the mail.

You would think that coming from Europe it would be the other way around. I got mine three days early and I'm in California. But there are people in California that still haven't gotten theirs. So there doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason as to where you live and when you get it.

Ordered 2 on March 5th with estimated delivery of the 21st. Still haven't received anything.

I remember when I ordered ours there was a mention of DHL Packstation for free on the page. I ignored it and went through the payment process and our item was shipped via royal post I believe and then our USPS delivered it last Wednesday.

I am thinking some people on here went through the DHL packstation link on the page and those are the ones that are still waiting to receive their item?

If dhl pack station is like free shipping, than I didn't order it that way as I paid for shipping. Mine is also suppose to come via Royal Mail and was to be here by the 21st but still hasn't arrived. I am in CT so the east coast getting them slower applies to me I guess, but still...it's been 6 extra freakin days already. WTF!?!? Where is it?

My pair of Scarlet Ninjinis arrived today (California) via USPS. Came in a decent size box with no damage besides some creases to the top of the hang cap thingy. Delivered two days after the Amazon ETA. Hope you guys get yours soon!

I still have one order MIA also. Was supposed to be delivered on the 21st as well.

I got 2 today 1 day late but better late than never good luck all.

My Scarlett Ninjini finally arrived today. There is no damage to the figure or box. It was shipped on March 14 with an expected delivery of March 21. I live in Pennsylvania.

As I've said previously, I already got mine, so can't help you in that way. Order placed early, March 3rd. I live on the East coast, Montreal, Canada, so that's my contribution to the East coast/West coast theory, though the different country could have an effect.

From what I gather, "Royal Mail" is what they call standard government-carried mail, like USPS in America or Canada Post in Canada.

Contacted Customer Service to inquire about my order. In case anyone wants to check on their status here's a link that will probably be useful.

^ Aye, good call, Longsh0t. I actually contacted Amazon.de using the link you posted twice yesterday; once by email, once by online chat. In both instances, the service rep told me:

A) Your item was shipped.
B ) We can not track international shipments.
C) Shipments can sometimes be delayed using international shipping.
D) If your item hasn't arrived by April 3rd, please contact us again and we will refund your money.

March 27 est delivery date, she just got here today so very good shipping from amazon.de

Mine are in the states, as of the 26th, but I wonder why it says I won't get them until the 3rd of April, when they left New Jersey?

I was fortunate enough to snag one just now off the website for the normal price. Seems the conversion only made 1 figure come out to about 22.55 which is fine by me. The estimate I got is she'll be here to me in the states approximate April 11-16th. It's already shipping soon and they took my payment.

If anyone is having a problem finding their approx, just always look at the order details. Seems with how everyone is getting theirs here, it's probably why its so long for mine. Seems some get theirs in approx 1-2 weeks from shipping.

I received the missing package from my order today. Basically a week late but it got here in good shape.

On March 2 they said delivery between the 23rd-28th. A later email said the 21st. Hoping they come today.

That said ... this news concerns me a lot. If my estimated delivery date was 3/25 ... and yours was 3/27 ... but yours has been delivered but mine has not ... and we both live in the same metro area ... that makes me think Amazon.de might have F'ed up my order. >.< Hopefully not ... I'll be patient a couple more days.

Did yours arrive via regular USPS mail, Jaina? Or a shipping courier like FedEx or UPS?

It really pisses me off that there's no way to track the shipment. One would think that with technology today it wouldn't be too difficult, even if the product did originate in Germany.

So does anyone speak german to call their customer service for us? Mine also said 3/25. I'm in TN and no sign of her yet.

There is a way, use UPS, DHL or Fedex for International Shipping. However, you would probably then be looking at $40 shipping charge instead of $6. Don't worry, a percentage of International packages are held to be inspected and they will take a bit longer to go through, I'm sure that is what happened to yours. And even UPS/Fedex/DHL stuff can get delayed like this. If not, Amazon is typically really good about fixing those things.

mine just shipped today and i ordered it on the 28th and it has a date of april 6th instead of the original 11th-16th and it was shipped by royal mail. So I'll have to see if mine comes in by then.

Those that are still waiting and I feel for you on that. Some might take the full 10 business days to reach you. As you have to remember you can't count weekends for that so it's going to roughly take 14 days for some. I'm sure it's either going to be here today or it'll be here by the 1st.

Scarjini ARRIVED from Germany yesterday!!!! Yea!!! It was about a week out from the estimated delivery date. Package was a bit beat up, but it ARRIVED!! The figure looks awesome! Happy purchase.

I have NOT received mine yet and it supposedly shipped on the 14th/15th. I am thinking about putting in a request to have another shipped. Seems like it's been too long now even for something from Germany. I might wait for today's mail before I make the request though.

When I last chatted with a customer service rep at Amazon.de, s/he told me they wouldn't take any additional action unless the package has still not arrived by this Wednesday (4/3). If my order doesn't show up by then, I suppose I'll be contacting Amazon.de once more ... although I have no idea if they'll ship a 2nd one, as you suggested. I do hope that I can at least get my money back, though.

My Scarlets went from the hands of DHL to USPS as of the 30th. I got all 4 of my Scarlets today, thus I am done with the ingame variants. Updated collection pics soon, since LC Pop and Chill aren't apparently coming this wave.

My scarlets never came. Amazon refunded my money and it shows shipped march 15 but I was never given a tracking number. So I am screwed. They said the item is no longer available and they can not send me a replacement. I ordered mine before most people here did. I even told friends about it sheet I ordered mine and everyone got theirs but me. Thanks amazon. I'm over it. Looks like disney infinity here I come. Being able to preorder each character with actual release dates? What a great idea! TFB Thanks for nothing.

Same here. Ordered on March 2nd for myself and two other families... refund only. That sucks.

I wonder what happens to the ones that never get delivered. Stolen by an airport employee? Confiscated by USA customs officials? Dropped in a storm drain in Germany?

It's really strange that so many people in this thread had a totally satisfying transaction and experience with Amazon.de, while it seems that at least a handful of us are going to be left out in the cold, even if we ordered Scarlet Ninjini during the same time-frame as the people that have already received their shipment.

This is the first time I have ever placed an order with a non-USA version of Amazon. If Ninjini doesn't arrive in the next few days, and I'm stuck with nothing but a refund, I can't say that I'll be real excited about ever using a European online marketplace ever again.

I have a feeling she was a VERY limited edition for Germany.
She'll be out in the US in no time.

I ordered one on March 15, it shipped March 18, and arrived yesterday, April 1 (Los Angeles). The estimated delivery date was March 25, so it was off by one week. For $23 and no headaches tracking her down in the US, not a bad deal at all.

I don't see why they would go missing. I ordered mine on the first day you could, it came on the 16th March. No hassle what so-ever!

I received mine last Friday, the 29th. 8 days after the estimated delivery date.

However, if you missed out, don't worry. I can confirm she is coming out in the U.S. soon.

Yeah he works at Target so it would appear she may be there.

I don't think she's going to be an exclusive. I'll know more by the end Thursday, hopefully. But if I had to guess, it looks she'll be carried by all the major retailers.
