Jane clung to Jeff as he carried her "I love you Jeffy, you should never forget it" She said before kissing him

"The usual drink Kain." She said in an almost distant tone. "Its nice to meet you Drew." She said smiling at the stranger to her right.

After awhile of walking through the forest barney came to a mansion. "Well. What might this place be." He asked himself. Ye used his own imagination to create for himself a normal human body. The man he became wore a purple suite with green dress shoes and a green slicked back wear of his hair. He wore green gloves and had a smile upon his face. "Knock, knock, knock." He spoke as he himself knocked upon the door.

"I really don't want to impose, I apologize." he said softly, hearing the frustration in the butler's tone. "I just need to charge my phone and I will be on my way."

Kain went and made the tea and the food but he did so with the up most care although he did something a bit different he put a lavender flower sprig in the tea and wrapped a purple ribbon around ots base and heated gold leaf and wrote on the ribbon with careful colligraphy "for her pleasure" when he brought everything out he bowed deeply and spoke respectfully to drew "please eat, it os the least we can do."

Kain departed for samantha in the garden and sat by her wordlessly and facepalmed he rubbed his eyes and slicked his hair as if exasperated. "Are you ok lady samantha?"

I heard the knocking and ran to the door, upon opening it, I saw a man with green hair "Um... Hi?" I said

Samantha jumped a bit hearing Kains voice. She turned to him and smiled. "Yes.. Im fine.. Toby came out here and has been sitting here with me..." She said. "I-im sorry for running off like i did earlier."

"Hello. I am Barney R. Crocia, and I'm wondering if it would be possible to talk with the owner of this grand residence. If you could help me out that would be stupendous." He kept his smile as best he could. He even acted the part as a gentlemen. All he really needed to do was meet the owner of the mansion and as if he could move in. why this mansion, because it was exactly what Barney was looking for.

"its all right, as long as your ok then no harm done." looking over at toby "Ah master toby" kain stood and gave a bow "is there anything I can get either of you tonight" his tone quickly switched from exasperation to formal, as a switch had been flicked, he just wanted for his mind to get off the subjects of, Affection, Love, Loyalty, Bonding, before tonight everything had been simple, he had been on his own for the most part, a servant in the back drop, with no thoughts of companionship or need. Where had things changed. The funniest part was, Kain never really knew who precisely these feelings jumped to, maybe more than one.

"So, um... what brings you to these parts? Like, I know you came to this place looking to call for a tow, but... why were you driving through this abandoned forest road? Why not the main streets?" Gabe asked, a tinge of curiosity to his voice.

Alastor followed behind Austin, looking a bit worried as he glanced at the new stranger that had arrived. While people looking for temporary reprieve from the forest were common... he knew exactly the type of people that actually seek to live at this Mansion... often having minds so disturbed, so fragile that he didn't even dare to peer into them.

Drew stared at the food for a moment, his mind lost in his own thoughts. Gabe's voice snapped him out of his trance though, and he looked to the man with light eyes. "Oh! I am a nomad, and a very invested scientist. I travel to discover new species of plant life and animals." which reminded him, he should take notes on Gabe later, this was an interesting find.

"I'll go get him, I'm Austin" I said before looking at Alastor "Could you take Barney to the living room for now?"

Slender sighed and got up knowing someone had come to the door and walked into the hallway to see Austin. "Oh. Austin... How are you faring? I have come to understand that the lovely ghost in the garden departed. Are you in need of anything?" He asked. He had always care about austin, feeling bad for what his fate had been.

Samantha shrugged. "Im alright. Toby has been a wonderful friend. So unless toby needs something you can go if you wish.. Like i said before... I dont want to be a burden to you." She said.

Toby looked at Samantha then to Kain and then thought. "Kain i have a question... Do you you know how to braid hair?" He asked gaining an awkward look from Samantha. Toby knew that Samantha enjoyed kains company and was thinking of ways to get him to hang around for a bit.

"Uh... right. Sure. This way, Barney. Er... the name's Alastor, by the way..." the animatronic red wolf said to the newcomer, giving a hesitant gesture to come forward, as he led the strange, verdant-haired man towards the living room.

"R-really? I mean... I'm, well... more of a mechanic skill-wise, but... but I'm pretty interested in science!" Gabe said, his canid face lighting up with excitement.

Jane rested her head on Jeff's shoulder as he carried her "You're amazing Jeff, you always have been" She said

"Yeah, well some guy named Barney came here and he wants to see you" I said

Barney followed the animatronic looking creature, unsure how to react. As he followed he looked around and pondered things. very well furnished. I wonder if the rest of the mansion looks like this. If so then I could consider this mansion a new home, if of course I'm allowed to stay. "So Alastor was it? What brings a person such as yourself to come to this place."

Slender shuddered at the name. "As in the big purple dinosaur from kids cartoons? Freaky..." He sighed and ended the spell that made everyone look like normal humans and walked down the hallways. He walked down the stairs and down into the main room. He stood much taller then the man with green hair and cleared his throat. "So barney? Is it? Welcome to my mansion."

"Well... it's, er... kinda complicated." Alastor said, as he looked downward, moving his animatronic fingers in a fluid, wave-like pattern. "Sometimes, well... when you're willing to go through hell to save someone you care for, well... you don't quite make it out. That person, those people... they risked everything just to get me back, though... so it isn't all bad." he said, giving a sigh-like sound, even though he had no lungs to expel air. "How... how about you? I mean, er..."

"I currently am looking for a new place of residency and i came across this lovely mansion, it fits well with what i am looking for so I decided to knock. Figured it wouldn't hurt to ask." He paused waiting a reply from the animatronic when he was startled by the tall man he knew as slender. "Oh hello. I take it that this is your mansion? I would like to ask you a couple of questions if you wouldn't mind, and I certainly hope i'm not wasting your time or convenience."

"This is indeed my home.. And if its some door to door salesmen questions then you are in the wrong place.. But if its not then feel free to ask away. Oh.. Alastor, thank you for assisting our guest." He said

Jeff chuckled a bit. "Nah.. Im i psychopathic murderer. Im not great." He said carying her to her room instead of his. His room was plastered with blood and gore on every wall and furnishing.

I walked around to find just about anything to do

Alastor smiled at the compliment, not accustomed to getting them often. "Oh, not a problem, Slendy! " he said, in his casual tone of voice... while his manner of speaking wasn't the most polite or refined, it was easy enough to tell through his body language that he still had a great deal of respect for the man that had accommodated both him and his brother(s), especially given their situation. Still, he wanted to keep an eye on this newcomer, sitting down on a nearby chair in the room.

Slender sat down motioning for Barney to sit as well and crossed his legs looking at him waiting for his questions.

Barney sat down across from slender and began to ask his questions. "Well, I currently lost my original place of residence and I'm looking for a new one. You see people these days can be... so difficult to work with. Which brings me to my first question, seeing as that this is under your ownership would it be alright if I started living here? I can assure you that I wouldn't get in the way of your business or the business of others." He remained calm and collected and kept a respectful gaze on Slenderman.

Slender watched barneys facial expressions trying to read his body language. "If I were to alloy you to live here what tasks would you be able to contribute? Everyone who lives in my mansion contributes something." He said

"Well, I'm sure you are aware of my... history in entertainment. I am also skilled in Food preparation. That said, I'm sure you have some ideas in mind. May I perhaps hear some of them?" His body slightly tensed when he heard he had to contribute, but he let it go as seeing it from Slenderman's perspective."

Slender thought for a moment. "Well Kain could always use a hand. Alright. I'll let ou stay. My butler Kain will be in charge as he usually is makin meals here. You will serve as a assistant in meal preparation and basic chores as everyone else has chores of their own"

"Yeah... I mean, the tasks here generally aren't too hard or anything." Alastor said, putting his hands on the back of his head as he leaned back on the chair. "I mean, if we need to get anything or anyone from Town, generally me or my bro is sent to do it... Granted, we do pitch in to pay for utilities and food, occasionally..."

Kain tensed "well I do have a small historyin haor stylingc" he coughed "most certainly"

Toby looked at him. "Will you teach me? I wanted to learn so that i could braid her hair... She said slender used to when she was little and that it helps her relax." He said. "I really just want to be a good friend..." He added.
Samantha looked at toby then at kain and smiled. "Are you okay Kain? You look tense."

"Jeffy, you're great to me" Jane said as she got in bed "Jeffy, can you join me? I want to snuggle with you"

I went to the dining room

Jeff sighed and rolled his eyes. "Fine." He said moving and laying behind her holding her close to him putting his face to the back of her neck.

"Thanks Jeffy" Jane said as she turned around to face Jeff, she then kissed and held him "I love you Jeffy"

As Gabe spoke with this scientist, his nose seemed to twitch, before he turned towards the nearby entrance. Upon seeing his friend walk into the dining hall, he gave a quick turn towards the newcomer. "I'll be right back" he said, before rushing towards Austin, excited enough to use all fours during a few paces of the run, ending it with a sudden hug. "There you are, Austin! I mean, nobody really knew where you were, and you weren't answering your phone, neither was Foxy, but... and I was worried sick, and Evan too... I think he might have went home when I fought off one of the forest monsters, but still, I'm glad to know where you are!"

The creaking of the front door could be heard again, with no knock preceding it, before what sounded like three sets of padded footsteps could be heard walking across the floor, accompanied by the rustling of what sounded like paper bags. The sounds weren't unfamiliar to the residents, though... it merely meant that the three Doberman brothers had returned from their chore, and were headed straight towards the kitchen.

Lavender sipped her tea quietly listening to her guests talk next to her. She smiled, she was very interested in what they had to say.

"Sorry, I came here because of a beautiful ghost, but she's moved on" I explained as I hugged Gabe back

Kain looked at Samantha, "well, its all very unprofessional to.talk about...." he looked at toby. "Ill show you once," kain stepped behind samantha and started braiding her hair slowly to show toby, "there are a few ways to do it, this one is a good beginner braid and looks pretty when hung correctly." Kain smiled relaxing.

Toby watched twitching occasionally. Samantha sat tall and straight so she wouldnt mess him up.

Jeff yawned and closed his eyes falling asleep.

Kain finished both sides "that's how to do a simple braid," he looked towards the building "next time you can do it" kain felt an odd unease "yes... have eother of you eaten yet oday?"

Gabe gave Austin a few pats on the back during the hug, not quite knowing what to say, but wanting to comfort his friend anyways.

Samantha looked down and sighed. "No...."

Toby look at him. "I had a sandwich earlier..But i could go for some food right now." He said getting up and then helping Samantha up.

"Its ok Gabe, I'm fine" I said

Jane smiled and fell asleep too, holding Jeff

"O...okay, just... just remember that there are people here who care about you." Gabe said, a bit of worry in his voice, as he broke the hug. He pulled out his phone, sending Evan a quick text that Austin was all right, and was at the woodland mansion. "Er, um, would you maybe want to, er, have lunch with us? Er, there's this guy I met outside the building, made me feel comfortable enough to come in."

"Well helping pay for food, or anything else I can certainly lend a huge helping hand. As for the food preparation would it be alright if I meet the big kitchen connoisseur himself?" His smile never left his face as he talked with Alastor, and Slenderman.

Kain looked at the two "if you like I can bring something out, or you could come with me to the kitchen... or we could stay here" he seemed flustered, and disordered, like something was bothering him but even he didnt know what quite it was. nothing in his life had bothered him so much, his first "clean up" at the old mansion, moving to this mansion, and it was as if he was blindfuly bliss, then the next moment, simply blind.

Samantha looked at him. "Kain? Are you alright?' She asked. She moved a bit closer to him and gently touched his forehead. Her skin was cold against his and after a short moment she looked at toby. "Watch him.. I think hes getting sick or something.." She said before quickly heading inside to see slender. "Da'! I think kain is getting sick.. Hes acting strange." She said.

Slender had nodded and got up to leave to the kitchen when samantha rushed inside. He heard her words. "Im sure hes fine.. But just incase take him some water or something. I wouldnt be surprised if he did end up sick however.. Kain never puts himself first."

"I guess, I didn't eat yet today" I said with a smile

Kain stood there "no I can't be sick, there is too much to do" although at this moment he couldn't focus he was stressed he at this moment did not know how to handle his feelings, he couldn't let slender see him like this he had never panicked like thia nefore he had never had such anxiety. His palms sweat hs heart raced. And he couldn't figure out why, had the yeaes as the single servant finally wore on him? No that's ridiculous, Was it jelousy over lavander? No she didn't even have feelings for him. Was it samantha? He finally thought but he brushed that off as well thingking "no she's only been a pleasure"

Samantha rushed into the kitchen passing through the dining area. She searched the cabinets till she found a cup and then filled it with water before quickly going back to kain. She only stopped briefly in the dining area. "Lady Lavender... I believe kain is getting sick so he wont be able to help for a little while." She said before leaving again out to Kain and Toby. She was breathing a bit heavily from running so much but found composure and then held out the cup for him. "Here... You should probably go to your room and rest for a little while. Ill be okay." She said softly worried about the butler she came to enjoy. "I dont want your condition to get worse.. So please? Go rest..." She said a slight begging to her voice.
