It also confirms Kaos will likely get his own separate Trophy... Unless the one inside that pack is actually the non-Dark version.

I wonder if they will spread the waves out more or if they will have the usual release schedule to try and cash in on the Christmas sales as much as possible. If I looked over it correctly all that would be left is Thrillipede, Buzz Wing, and the unknown Tech Vehicle. I kinda hope that they keep with the usual release schedule..that would only leave me with needing to buy Thrillipede in 2016.

If those are waves 1 through 3, I'll have 9 skylanders and 9 vehicles by then. And even then, there's only a few figures left after that. Skylander wise would be trigger happy and Thrillipede and vehicles would be trigger happys and Thrillipedes. And the hypothetical land trophy. I hope that sky trophy is a regular Kaos one like the standard Kaos trap last year. But yeah, not much left after those waves.

I think Smash Hit might have a serpentine look... And honestly could resemble one of Doom Stone's early forms... But that picture is still waaaaay too blurry.

Even if it does help a bit by "showing" High Volt and Trigger Happy's vehicles... It's a mess for everything else.

And I still honestly can't get over the idea no one has been able to take a clear pic of that poster yet...
Seriously... How difficult could it be...?
Not bashing anyone really, but... Those preorder boxes don't seem to be that hard to find.

Drek I'm not sure what you think those pre-order boxes are. They're very small - smaller that the actual starter packs will be - and because they're just small pre-order boxes, they're not printed at high quality. That image is literally the best that we can do at the moment until bigger merchandise comes out. I can confirm that it's no easier to make out in person as I live in the UK and my local game has these same boxes.

Oooh, that makes sense. I thought perhaps you could take apart the vehicles and combine them to look like the center images. I guess that would have been too awesome. I see now they are just what the vehicle looks like in game if you have both the figure and vehicle. How disappointing.

Trigger Happy's vehicle (doesn't look like Shield Striker's color scheme, if that's High Volt's vehicle name).

I don't think we are talking about the same image.
This was the image I was referring to:

I was talking about the central columns which are the ones most likely showing the supercharged vehicles combos (the look the vehicles will have once they are driven by their own pilots).

I guess you were talking about the picture which only shown 5 of the 10 Elements (Light, Undead, Earth, Life, Fire and Tech).

So, does this confirm that the Nintendo figures COUNT towards the 20 we're getting? So for those without Nintendo consoles, we only need 36. Wow.

Well, he did kind of call them out on the number of starters that collector's will need to buy to get everything. However, they dodged right past that talking about how in households that owned a Nintendo console they more or less expected them to purchase the 3DS versions--no need to address the fact that all of the folks who play on a Sony/Microsoft platform who are completionists are now stuck buying Nintendo versions that they don't need or want.

Please note that I said completionists. If you're going to stop on by to comment about how "you don't have to buy...", just remember that you don't have to comment or bring up that tired, old argument. Same goes for folks who don't realize that eBay is great...for people who want to pay way more than what a figure/trap/etc. is worth if it's not widely distributed. Yawn traps not coming to your country? No problem! Just eBay them...for $25 a pop plus $25-30 shipping...each.

Side note, not sure why those being interviewed say "look" (like Joshua does at 4min mark)...I know our president does this, and to me this sounds condescending. It's a way to deflect a question and dismiss legitimate concerns (ie posturing about PAST sales and not recognizing the current dissonance with SOME retailers that we are all seeing). It would seem that in today's PC culture they'd take a different soft approach.
