I just noticed that new skylanders games are usually confirmed in February. I'm not losing hope just yet.

Boy, we wish it was feburary. May is the hopeful prediction, this game was announced in June.

Are we sure it's that card crystal? Or may it be the unreleased one yet? This seems like a small wave 4. That would still leave 2 senseis, 1 villain, and 5 crystals to be released. (6 crystals if the new single dark crystal is an older one).

They said the remaining senseis release later in spring after the Cursed Tiki Temple. That AP and the Switch version are pretty much taking up the spotlight for this year's wave 4, so they probably changed the pattern around a bit.

Look's like I'll be buying the Cursed Tiki Temple and a Dark Crystal on release so I can create my Dark Bowslinger Ivy, and my Life Bazooker Flower Power! I'll only be left without Water

The thing about early crystal listings is that they generally only highlight new elements (remember W3, where Fire was known for a long time, while we had to wait for the rest). Existing elements don't get new listings until much closer to the wave's actual release.

I still want to know which Life Crystal is in the AP...

So I'm absolutely not counting on any trailers or other informations, but at least some words about "something in store for 2017" or other unclear phrases like that; then again I'm not expecting a new game this year either.

The problem with Crystals still remain though, since I cannot find them in stores and I don't think I can request a specific mold on Amazon.

SA had eight packs (Dark Spyro is limited to certain countries and blue bash is a chase). Giants had 9 (bronze variant Hot Dog exclusive to E3). SF had 12, TT had 34, and SC had 14. This is very odd indeed, however, Imaginators didn't have as big a roster as the previous games.

This year has had split waves for some reason, usually variants are released separately from waves, but this year the waves themselves are separating.

Seems sketchy about that single Chompy Mage, its not sold by Activision. Best bet to get one without paying that much for other villains is to check Ebay.

Before anyone blasts me and says don't get your hopes up I just want to say this. Before the Cursed Tiki Temple AP releases I will try to get in hand pics of it due to my job position at my Best Buy. I'm not 100% certain if I will be able to buy it but I can most likely take pics of it! I start work next week but we won't get any shipments until I'd say near the end of Febuary to the beginning of March no promises tho but if this actually does happen then hey! Pics soon I guess

IMHO they should do element packs, with a blind bagish feel to it.

Actually, Zim, I got one off EBay for $80 and, just recently, a Snow-Brite Stormblade for $70.
Just got lucky, I guess. Though I could've waited til March for Pain-Yatta.

No, they don't. Resellers on Amazon charge that much. Amazon has no control over reseller prices, and as we all know, resellers are the scum of the earth.

If the rumors are true about what's in Wave 4, that means that Wave 5 will have 9 packs. This is NOT counting a possible Chompy Mage single pack, or any triple packs/combo packs.

Well, all the elements are represented (top pic has an Undead Crystal in the back, same casing as Magic), so it's possible that they didn't include the Winged Fire Diamond simply because they always include the Starter Pack Fire Crystal, and didn't want to double up on any elements.

The fire wings crystal is the best one IMO. When deciding what set of 10 to get for my main characters, it was my first pick. It looks like a ruby and is probably the most like Sunburn we're ever going to see.
