Her eyes are in a state of shock, like how they are in the second frame. Idk, it's something I've always done with my comics, when they are surprised or shocked they have small pupils. Don't question the cartoon world!
And yes, I did feel like drawing Bloodchill in a sexy pose when she said that line.. I have no idea why, but I felt like it..

Man, I loved my childhood...

As did I.. The episodes that I remember most of though, when I was young, were the HIM episodes. Good gracious, they were creepy! I've been re-watching them on Boomerang this Summer, and as soon as one comes on that had HIM in it I immediately remembered it and had weird as hell trippy nostalgic flashbacks! Creeeepy... His voice... It has forever haunted me!
