We just didn't think anything of it really, as no one made any issue about the Star Strike, Pop Fizz, Spyro Wrecking Ball leak. But of course, that is much smaller and Star Strike was revealed a couple weeks later. This recent leak was HUGE!!!!!

Somehow I think the Chop Chop leak could be wrong. Paul Rieche told us Sprocket, Trigger Happy and Chop Chop would be "COOL"... Sprocket is very different as well as Trigger Happy, but Chop Chop isn't all that different, so maybe he and Gill Grunt aren't finalized yet.

The thing is, they may not ask. 1ofwiisdom got a strike (which I am positive will get removed), others were asked, so who knows they might not be so nice and ask.

People should take it down out of respect for Activision/Toys For Bob/Vicarious Visions. People shouldn't exploit them for the sake of news. I say show them some respect and just take down all of the info and wait for official reveals (which probably won't happen until near the release of the game) before making videos and or making the leaks go super-viral.

Sometimes staying on good terms with people who have helped (and we all know TFB has kind to some of us here) us out in some way, is better than being the first to break leaked news to our subscribers. Just my take on it.

The figures don't look finished, and if those are the finished figures they look terrible. They look like they are still developing them so they could change there minds about some things

Agreed. I think that Activision is less worried about the leak of characters, and more annoyed that in-progress/unfinished characters are being paraded about. The Gill Grunt figure, for example, is clearly a CGI prototype, and not anything close to a finished figure.
They want to show off the figure once it’s looking as good as it can, not when it’s unpainted (or not even physical yet).

This is something I can understand, as some of these were clearly early prototypes. If I worked as hard as they did on the toys, I'd want to put my best foot forward as well.

Now, if only they could worry just as much about the content...

^I agree. Sure showing videos of the leak seem like a good way to inform subscribers of the news but in the process, you reveal something Toys for Bob/Activision/Vicarious Visions doesn't want others to see that's different from the finished product.

That's the thing, I don't really think those figures were current. They look like they are in early stages IMO of the developing process, so I think those photos are old

It's worth remembering that lightcore Pop Fizz had some fairly large changes, and that was even after his ‘final' form was on the boxes/posters that came with Giants. Imagine how many changes they may have planned for these figures that were supposed to be secret. The real figures may no longer look anything like these at all.
