I can see where Lyra's coming from, it is suppose to be the back of the foot, but it does look kinda like a toe due to the kinda "awkward" styling of the art. It's not the only thing kinda off... *Cringes slightly at the tail and hind legs as her artist OCD kicks in* Not a big deal though *shrugs*

But you can easily see the similarities between Auric and Moneybags, but I see practically none with Flavios and Flame :/

Flavios: Adult, knight, doesn't really look like Spyro much, short muzzle.

Flame: Teenager/kid, just a random neighborhood kid, looks similar to Spyro, long muzzle.

Hack, the really only similarities I see are the fact that they're both dragons, they're both red and yellow(ish) colored (Not even the same shades: [ Flame: Orange/red and Gold, Flavios: Red/brown and orange]) and they both have a "flay" sound in front of their name.

Flavios just seems like a typical red(-ish brown) dragon to me...

( Of course, these are just MY observations from looking at that opening video and seeing Flavios over the island, I could be totally wrong, but until I can get a better look at him, this is my opinion on the matter.)

probably a mistake...since he doesn't have 4 digits in the game...or something that didn't really turn out as intended?

IMO I honestly just keep thinking of How to Train Your Dragon everytime I see his Skylander design. I haven't seen the movie, but I've seen trailers to recognise it.

Recolors share their soul gem with their base character, but you can preview their specific video on the collections screen. As an example, you just have to wait for Spyro to toggle over to Legendary/Dark Spyro and when you preview it, you see Legendary/Dark Spyro's video.

kappapopm Ripto Gems: 1186	#1791 Posted: 19:36:42 02/12/2011 its pretty easy to get to the videos if you have the pc version, no hacking needed. i had a go at it last night... i got this program -> http://www.radgametools.com/bnkdown.htm (its free!) install it and go to your folder called 'movies' on your game cd and wholla, you can watch all the movies...

In theory yes, but it might not work as you'd expect. Someone uploaded a Skylanders character hack which I tried, and the characters I unlocked were just skins. I couldn't operate magic gates or even attack. So while you may unlock Dragon's peak, You might not be able to do anything there; you might be walking through walls, enemies might not see you, you might not be able to operate magical gates, etc. If hacks were to work like the real thing, someone would need to investigate one of the toys and find a way to replicate whatever it is that makes the toy register, then extend that to work for any toy if it's specific to each character/add on.

Literally, my mom was with me and the first words out of our mouths were:

Mom: Whhhy are they more expensive?

Me: Wha-? *Notices* I...have...no idea...

Toys R Us raised the price, Gamestop has a discount and Wal-mart is juuuust the same XP

It really sucks, though. Why the heck would they amp up the price? Isn't Skylanders exceeding their expectations?

Oh no. Is Activision taking advantage of Skylanders' concept in order to rake in more money? Don't they get enough from their CoD sales?
