The difference is that you're still doing this when the person in question can be seriously uncomfortable. They may be bothered by it, and it's clear that some other people are as well.

If you make an environment uncomfortable for someone by constantly making sexual jokes near them or directed towards them, or consistantly flirt with them or imply such, it's considered sexual harassment.

Okay, I must be missing something. Cause HCI didn't even say anything weird about Ash. You guys are attacking him for responding to sP who was making an unnecessary comment. So why does he even need to apologize?

We're not just talking about this though? He's been doing it elsewhere.

Listen, if you haven't noticed the constant comments he makes to her and how clearly desperate he is to get her attention, you might as well not be able to see your own hand in front of your face. It's too clear that he wants her affection; but it's wrong. He can be upset about her not being his girlfriend, but that's NO EXCUSE to make these "jokes" and comments.

I'm not trying to force him to post other things or change his sense of humor; I'm saying that if someone doesn't want something directed at them, it's human decency to stop. If you or he can't tell that she's uncomfortable or annoyed with what HCI has been doing, you clearly have no clear understanding of the world around you, and you need to get a grip.

Not to mention, as CAV said, that what he's doing could be dangerous for him in the future. But if the only reason he'll stop is if he doesn't get called out on or so that he doesn't get in trouble, well, that's kinda sad.

This is just like what happened with "Gooby" you guys are calling someone out because of what they said and you refuse to ignore them.
