I think it pretty much confirms that the "Holy Guacamole" monster is one of the additional bosses, because that thing is definitely not a Doomlander.

The way he words it says they're separate from the Doomlander fights.

I'm really hoping for a series of mexican food themed monsters.

So, Pepper Jack can be the responsible for these Mexican food bosses, right? Or maybe not, we saw one made by Kaos at the Overview Trailer.

Now i'm getting my hopes up for just an Enchilada monster at some point. That would be amazing.

I played enough Rayman Origins and Legends to kinda be meh towards mexican food and themes so I'm whatever. I just want some of the unreformed Doom Raiders to show up.

Mexican food monsters... Imma remain silent until I finished the game and then Imma get salty.

Keep in mind they're not really creatures that exist in Skylands, they're monsters created by Kaos using his imagination.

And when you're surrounded by people who seem to love Mexican food for two years, that kinda thing can stick in your mind.

I'd want to talk about the consequences of a possibly sickly pale guy having too much spicy food but it's NSF kid, especially here.

Is it really only 10 levels? Are they broken down into chapters? If not, this would have to be the shortest Skylanders yet, right?

Probably, only 10 chapters + 3 confirmed Adventure Pack chapters. No checkpoints. With the content of the hub, I'm not worried anymore, to be honest.

I'd still want to take a look first, especially if there are hub events.

Yup. We don't know if the quantity of the content makes up for the content of the story.

you can make that many levels last a pretty long time if they send you on quests etc inbetween the levels to do Hub stuff. If anything , theyve just gotten rid of those intermediate levels in past skylanders game(e.g. go complete this level to get this thing that'll point the way to the next boss etc). I'd definately prefer decent continuous hub content over a few extra levels that are just their to stretch the plot.

If anyones played PVZ2 garden warfare on consoles, im kinda thinking the Hub will be similar to that. The PVZ2 hub area was really huge so im not expecting something that big for skylanders but it can still be amazing.

e.g. you go outside the Academy gates and then theres a decent sized level area where you can find npc's and do quests to destroy ## enemies, find items , find secret areas, play mini games, tower defense etc...

this type of system does seem to compliment the Skylanders Academy theme theyre going for (stealth elf etc giving quests and going with you on missions).

The levels are the size of Trap Team's... No chapters!

If they are what I think, and we've seen at least one, it was already pretty clear they weren't locked to Elements but this is even better!

YES I HAVE FOUND MY FAMILY.

But yes that'd be great because it's friggin huge, AND we could always battle anytime in the hub, take damage, but not actually die.

Tough in Skylanders you can die in the hub... At least with Ghost Roaster...

The guy said that EACH sensei unlocks an elemental realm... not one for each element... that caught my attention.

Also, would love a portal owners pack. But only if I can pre-order it and get Kaos. I would be happy just getting the game and the Kaos figure, really.

I hope this Hub is really big and full of quests. And with a lot of enemies, so if you want to explore and battle you can do it directly on the hub.

It doesn't hurt, it deals 0 damage causing the animation and the lifebar shake but you can do that forever.
