Isn't Bash part dinosaur? Because of his resemblance to an ankylosaurus as well the triceratops horns he gains from one of his upgrades.

No he's a full dragon, a rock dragon. He just resembles an ankylosaurus.

I'm confused. Is Sunburn a dragon or a gryphon? On the poster he/she is gryphon like but on the character page of the Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure characters here on DS, he/she looks like a dragon.

Sunburn, is a hybrid. . . he is a Phoenix and a Dragon combined. He has two distinct looks however, one is more avian, while the other is more dragon.

He's meant to be a Dragon/Phoenix hybrid according to the guidebook.

Personally, I hope they've stuck with the dragon look... though the toy seems to have a beak.

Agreed. I prefer is dragon look over his avian one. But yes, they seem to have chosen the avian one over the dragon one. I guess they did so to give the skylanders more diversity.

She has a beak now, she used to have a dragon snout but they changed that as she was not pheonix enough before. I kinda like the Pheonix look more, she seems more majestic now rather then looking like she is is going to rip your face off.

...Why are we spoilering these posts?

It's not really much of a spoiler. It's pretty obvious that it would happen.

I mean, it would be different if it was a charcater from a previous Spyro game returning as a boss, as that would be a bit of a shocker, but some Skylanders having enemy variations is not a spoiler, especially since we seen some in month old screenshots.

About the bosses:
You fight dark versions of some of the Skylanders.
- When retrieving the water source, you fight Zap, Gill Grunt and Slam Bam.
- When retrieving the life source, you fight Stump Smash, Stealth Elf and Zook.
- When retrieving the undead source, you fight Ghost Roaster, Chop Chop and Hex.
- When retrieving the fire source, you fight Flameslinger, Eruptor and Sunburn.
- During the final battle against Kaos, you have to fight those dark Skylanders at the same time as fighting him.

I only consider it a spoiler if it's a big plot point, or a super secret awesome unlockable type thing.
It's like I said, there are tons of pictures of evils variations of the Skylanders since months ago (like the orange squids who are like Gill Grunt, and the Stealth Elf witches). So it's not a spoiler if it was officially disclosed pre-release.

I agree with you, however, one can argue that some may not have seen those pictures or information. . . but nonetheless yes, I agree that if its something big like you listed then yeah I wouldn't want that to be spoiled either.

Yes, but they aren't really a major point about the game. They're just generic enemies that are dotted about the game.

Since TEN we've been teased of Spyro fighting normal Cynder, and we still don't get to let that happen? I'm disappointed.

Personally, I think that'd be better than fighting an AI Cynder. That is, of course, if my opponent is skilled. smilie

Then again, from watching the Battle Mode footage I have seen, there isn't much skill involved in it.

Expect that after the teaser cartoons I doubted she could even be a match provided they got her ass kicked by a Gaul illusion, kicked by pirate dogs, kidnapped by apes on the worst assault launched against pirates and then tossed around like a ragdoll against Gaul again
