Dark Spyro first appeared as a Series 1 figure, but he's never had a Series 2 version except for S3. If Dark Spyro were an S2 figure, his wing attachments would be blue or black. But I'm looking forward to Dark Mega Ram Spyro.

Sweet, I disliked WB, but dark looks like it'll be pretty cool.

im guess light core skylander use the opposite substance/energy
in the LOS spyro can harness dark energy when he is angry, so light core attacks must be conjured by happiness

Well, looks like for the first time, I'll be buying a Skylander game on Day 1 on not waiitng for a sale (*sigh*).

After seeing that Dark Starter Pack, I'm excited and will be switching my pre-order ASAP! In fact I promised my daughter she could get it too, we'll get it for PS3 and Wii U. Does anyone have that link for where it was available for order? Think it was a uk site? My other question (maybe Skylanderskids): is this a store exclusive? One assumes its not just for PS3? I tried loading Skylanders Facebook, but maybe I've got the wrong address!?

Ok answered my own questions...GameStop.com has the Dark starters for each console $99.99. They seem to list release dates as 12/31/13 however. Nothing on any other sites yet!

Just ordered 2 for Christmas gifts.

I emailed ebay games canada to see if they will get it, i'm currently waiting for a response.

Thought you posted it was on the Canadian website!? I would've thought that if EBgames was offering this, they'd have gotten the email in stores today too. Spoke to several and they definitely didn't. Plus with the speed it went up on GameStop, then got date corrected you'd also think the EB website would have it up soon. Here's hoping, but I'm going to guarantee mine at GameStop rather than gamble.

Well, ebgames.com has it listed and if you search a Canadian location on Gamestop.com it does show up. So it's kinda a gamble. And I thought I saw a .ca when it's a .com ">.<, it's either i'm tired or I need my eyes checked.us
