Quigley actually does have a couple good lines.
Hugo is rare.
Eon is cool.
Da Sheep is a cute Easter egg.
Arbo is the best NPC in the series.
Persephone (who you forgot) is useful.
But Cali forces you to endure hearing how she isn't impressed often over 1000 times... For freaking stat boosts, after you RESCUE HER, just... No...
