I hope so to :_: this Spyro looks like he can be a mischevous cocky critter. It would be interesting what he would sound like if he can speak that is.Also to see what kind of personality could form.

Is it possible for them to return to an existing Spyro Universe if this fails or when it's ovef?

Exactly, I think that this is gonna be a one off to introduce the new generation to Spyro in a way that involves their imagination so that Activision can make some original games and yet a good response from a new, younger audience...

It's also promising that Skylanders has already been in development for two and a half years, an unheard of amount of time for a game aimed at kids. And the story is being written by Joel Cohen and Alec Sokolow, who wrote the Toy Story film. Reiche also told me we can expect the same caliber from the voice cast, though no names have been announced. If Skylanders can live up to the creativity of the toys, then Spyro may be making a triumphant return this fall.

I actually think this game is meant solely to recruit new Spyro fans and increase the Spyro fandom. Which is good, it means that Spyro shall go on.

Only if he is the favorite character of lots of the Skylander fans. Otherwise this may be his last game.

It looks like a good game..... but I am not falling for this ****! Activison has destroyed Spyro beyond repair! They've done what the Prequel trilogy has done to the Star Wars franchise! They've done what the movie Batman and Robin has done to the Batman franchise! Activison can go strait to ****!

Why hate this game? I mean...fans wanted Classic Spyro back, and this is as close to Classic as Spyro has gotten since the "Classic" ended.

That's one of the main reasons why I want this game. This game's just about as close you can get to the classic Spyro games. smilie
