Anybody else had an error occur with any of the frito lay skylander promotions?
here's what happened (monk):
i won a pumpkin fright rider.
i filled out the mailing address.
hit submit.
and got this error "Sorry for the inconvenience. Our site is not able to process your request at this time. Please try back later."
and of course my winning game code is used.
any ideas or help?
their # on the website is of no use. i'm better off talking to a brick wall.

i like way you think chaos worrier, i did take screen shots, of the win, and of the "inconvenience" page, but no one at activision or frito lay have an earthly clue what skylanders or what this promotion is about, its a shame these companies hire people this dense.

Yeah i saw that also...mine isn't holding 2 bottles either...was wondering what that version was also. Because it looks like a real figure...might be a first draft porf?

Poster artwork for LC Pop Fizz shows him with 2 bottles, yet the figure released has only one. It's a change in figure design sometime between when the Giants poster was made and when the figure was released the reasons of which aren't entirely known.

Point is, the poster lies, LC Pop Fizz only has 1 bottle.

I did however see anotherone on ebay (compleate) but that seller didn't ship outside america ether

and it was really expensive, so if that was a "normal" price for them, i don't think i will be getting one

If your intention was in fact to respond negatively to my comment on how I distribute these toys as rewards, then it's safe to assume you don't have children. Children need to be taught how to appreciate gifts/toys and not assume an "entitlement" mentality. My son not only can "lose" his ability to earn a skylander each week, but can also lose his privilege of playing the game all together for a period of time if he doesn't exhibit the behavior expected of him.

As a Father myself of 2 I can second this, back when I was there age I got my a$$ beat with a switch that I was made to go get myself. Today if I even thought about that same concept I would be put in jail. At home here we are not aloud to spank children but the school can paddle them.

Amen my daughter as well is required to earn her skylander time as well as figures and those are just as easily taken away. I think children need to taught even at an early age there is consequences for their actions. Now I'm not saying take away everything cause they didn't say thank you or excuse me but, there are definatley times that call for it
