Um, anyway.

Hood Sickle and Krankcase look cool and play basically how I expected them to.

Starcast looks like a beast.

Mysticat and Aurora's designs have taken an unexpected turn on me.

Kaos and Cortex both look amazing.

That's all I got for now.

Caught up again to the best of my ability and my main feelings:
Mysticat's a centaur cat? Didn't see that coming but I'm not disappointed either.
Are Senseis still reliable for determining the body styles we can have for Imaginators because if so Aurora gives us hope for legged Swashbucklers.
And Spyro cutscenes! Man I forgot how much I love the purple boyo. Also some delicious Skylander-to-Skylander interaction, my dreams have come true.

Sorcerers seem to be hovering all the time. Bye bye to flight power at will.

I dont think Sensei have ever been relevant to Battle Classes. Ember is a Sentinel despite not having legs. Of course the leggedness could be optional but we're still not seeing it

I haven't even seen all the gameplays yet. I can't keep up.

I just noticed Air Strike has a falconer's glove on his frontmost hand. A Skylander who attacks with a bird of prey? Sign me up.

I guess I'll share my thoughts on all the new guys.

Starcast- I love this guy! Didn't except him to have 4 arms but hey, it makes him 4 times cooler!

Dr Krankcase- The doctor is in and it's about time! He was my favorite DR in STT and he is easily my favorite of this roaster. It also helps that he's quickshot. My favorite class.

Hoodsickle- Still hate him. His voice is laughably unfitting though.

Tae Kwon Crow- Good to see him back.

Barbella- That design dosnt appeal to me that much. Though her weapon is cool.

Aurora- She just gets worse in my opinion.

Mysticat- I actually like him. He's 4 legged. And centaurs are always amazing.

Air Strike- Looks interesting.

Kaos- It's Kaos! Looks great and is easily one of the best Skylanders we had.

Dr Neo Cortex- Since I'm getting back into Crash Bandicoot, I'm glad to see him.

What's pop up shop?

It's the place in gamescom we are getting the packages from. They usually have some good merchandise to show off.

A Pop-Up Shop refers to a place meaning to simulate a retail store. Gamescom has these a lot for Skylanders and it's usually where we get to seethe packaging for the first time

all pictures still show for the most part the Swap Force Portal or only in the dark edition the superchargers portal. However while I do like the Swap Force portal if they don't do a new portal I'm going to just use the Trap Team Portal.

Yeah its definitely Air Strike. The blue of his bird's wings gives it away. Does anyone think his bird's got a name? I hope so, I love falconry if it wasnt too obvious

I just had a thought about the packaging. At first I thought they were boring. Literally just boxes. Nothing special, not even curved like every other year (besides trap team). And then it hit me. You use your imagination to create new Skylanders using the imaginite. You literally have to "think outside the box".

Even though I wasn't expecting Air Strike to be a Brawler, I think the whole falcon companion thing he's got is pretty cool!

But I guess that debunks Cuckoo Clocker as the Air Brawler though.

just my feelings so far in what we've seen
I AM seriously bummed that it looks like we cannot just change classes at anytime. For some of my characters planned I really have to think of what class I want them to be and what looks good for them. This whole time I was just thinking I didn't need to worry about that. But now I have to put more planning. I'm already buying enough crystals.

This whole time i've been saying that from this point on 98% I'll be using imaginators in this and all future skylander games however they have now made me rethink this because I usually let the Elemental Powered zones determine who I'm playing as. Now have zones for them and Gongs only they can use I guess I have to switch them in more then I expected to.

Starcast - I really like his design. But he does just seem like Lob-Star.... But I seem to be one of the few who liked Lob-star

Dr Krankcase- Not a fan of Krankcase actually. So I'm kind of just meh that we are getting him.

Hoodsickle- I've not heard his voice but I like him. He looks a bit boring to play though.

Tae Kwon Crow- this wasn't a good choice for the fire element villain.

Barbella- Love Humanoid characters most and I do like what I see with her.

Aurora- I'm disappointed in her actual full design, she went from the prettiest skylander to kinda manly imo as well as chubby looking.

Mysticat- I was surprised to see the 4 legs and two arm design too but i'm not really all that interested in animal characters.

Air Strike- i don't like how he looks, i'm only interested in the adventure pack as well as the earth crystal he comes with/

Kaos- It's Kaos but i'm bummed that we aren't getting the real Kaos.

Dr Neo Cortex- was surprised we were getting him but I never played any of the crash games. Though glad to add him to my collection.

Ugh, website is glitched again for me, it can't even play the catchphrases. I'll just look for gameplay.

I think Chests might be officially revealed by the end of Gamescon. Hopefully we'll get Aurora and Mysticat gameplay too, but I'm not so sure about that.

Am I the only one who thinks Aurora's design is awesome?!
People say it's bland, unique (if only for being plain), because she's a human, but...

I actually think it's unique and EXCITING!

She still has a fantasy vibe going for her. I mean, do you see people walking across the street dressed like that? No? Didn't think so.

A human skylander hasn't been done before.

The concept itself is fresh and invigorating.

The only thing I find disappointing about her design, is her daggers.
She doesn't seem entirely UN-skylander-like, either.
I don't know what I expected them to look like... But I know it wasn't that.

I'm actually really surprised that TFB was the one who decided to cross that line.
It just seemed one of the traditions that TFB would be obsessed with keeping at any cost, and that VV would throw out if necessary.
You know, the "i don't care what compromises we have to make with Acti, we aren't selling out on this subject" list that TFB has

There was a period that your sig still said you were the 35th luminous when your profile was first changed to an OC, then to Academy Spyro.
Weird, cause when you changed your profile pic to Hood Sickle, it said something along the lines of "Hood Sickle hijacked this sig"
