Okay, I think I figured out a way to shave a bit of time from my Mudwater Hollow score. I swear I'll get back into this soon, also, I've beaten a few of the TA scores on the Leaderboards now but those were just to 3-star all the levels so I won't even bother posting them here until I do proper runs.
I haven't been playing Time Attack lately because I've been playing with Fryno and Punk Shock and I already know that I can't beat my time scores with them so I haven't bothered. It might be fun to try and see how low I could get with them, but really, more fun lies in beating my recorded scores because then I have a goal to strive for. I could keep track of my times with individual characters, which I might eventually start doing, but it would be quite a bit of work. Also, I'm actually surprised (and disappointed! I was posting here because I wanted more competition for Time Attack!) that nobody has posted about beating the Mount Cloudbreak or Cascade Glade scores I posted. Especially since I actually posted a guide on how I did Cascade Glade. I wanna see someone beat that score the most, just to see how crazy-low it can go, and just to see someone crazy-dedicated who replayed the level over and over to get something lower. It's been a while since I did that Mount Cloudbreak run as well but I don't think it was even a proper practiced run. It's a shame that more people aren't joining in on the speedrunning. Guess I just have to still keep trying to encourage more discussion, hey? Incredibly late, but I haven't seen any other posts about it. For Bonus Missions... I vote C. And I don't really like to do that either. I love seeing how high I can "legitimately" get the score by doing a straight Nightmare run without switching difficulties, but I think a lot of other people would like to see just how high it's possible to get the score in general, even if that includes using exploits. I'd like to see that. I mean, personally, I wouldn't compete on it but I think that's the best way to go because then we also don't need to worry about trying to figure out "illegitimate" (difficulty changed) scores. We can just see what kind of score it's possible to reach. Just posting to prove I'm still alive because I know some users here hated seeing me beat their scores so ba---- err, liked seeing my posts about my scores. Also, my avatar seems strangely fitting with this post

I'd try to compete on the time side with you, but its too luck based imo. I'd just get angry and tempted to smash things from the potential redundancy of it
Arenas are my thing. As for Bonus Missions, I vote C. I've tried the exploit on Chompy Challenge, but can't beat my flat out best nightmare score. It seems in a way, the exploit can be beaten.

Was bored, leveling some of my excess landers, when I decimated a current score. Also, this level seems to have no maximum score, as you can abuse Vortex Geargolem spawning Cyclopses endlessly (or so it seems, there may be a limit to their spawns like on arenas).

I found a glitch to get an indefinitely high score on Cascade Glade/Score Attack. I actually discovered this a long time ago (and haven't messed with it since), though held off posting it because it might discourage people from trying to get a good score there.
It probably still will, but hardly anyone is posting scores now anyway, and I want to see someone clock the max score. I don't know if anyone else does, but I don't have the patience to do this over and over, so at least someone else can try to. I found this on the XBox 360 PAL version, don't know if it's possible on other copies. It's actually really simple. Just go to the last Spark Plug and exit it. Every time you do this you get about 200 points, so you can keep entering and exiting it to continue getting points. I don't know if this glitch stops working after a certain point, but I tried it a few times in a couple of runthroughs, and it gave me points every time.

I'll be trying this on the NSTC Wii-U version after I do a segment of my Nuzlocke for today. If it works, I'll likely run the score to max just to see how high it can go. However, the score grinding method I found in sheep wreck (vortex golems can "seemingly" spawn endless enemies) would probably be much less excruciating to hit the max score.

Well I looked into the glitch you detailed Arc, and..... Its a game breaking glitch in regards to score mode. ANY spark lock can be backed out of to gain a 3x multiplier until you reach 30x. Upon having a 30x multiplier, backing out will net you 300 points, seemingly forever. Again, tested in the NSTC WiiU version.

^ ... Yikes! That pretty much just leaves Mount Cloudbreak and the boss levels immune to this, doesn't it? There's only a couple other levels where I can't remember a specific Spark Plug location. Well, good luck maxing out the score! If you can, track how long it might take.

I didn't reach the max, but for good reason. I made sure to atleast reach/break 10mil using the Golem method in Sheep Wreak, because of this, I suspect the max score to be 99,999,999 or , 999,999,999, or possibly beyond reason what so ever. 99mill is already insane enough, considering reaching it through normal means is absolutely impossible. As for the Spark Lock method, I did further investigation, as compared to the Infinite Vortex Golem Spawns as it regards to reaching and discovering the max score. Per second, the Golem method generates roughly 975 points per second. The spark Lock method generates roughly 90 points per second. This does however speak well for the means of using it for game breaking the score mode, because at one time, its amazing for boosting your multiplier real quick, however, at 90 points per second, the time it would take to get a significant score (i.e. my 11m), it would take an equally significant amount of time. Using the math I did for this, it took me about 3.1 hours in theory to get 11m, and this is fairly accurate. Using the same math, it would seem that reaching 99,999,999 would take 28.5 hours of continuous grinding on vortex golem spawns. Unless someone is truly dedicated, we may never see the max score. I could maybe take on Crazy Bus in terms of monotony, but not this lol. Edit Score Mode: Mudwater Hollow: 1,069,311 Rampant Ruins: 514,331 Jungle Rumble: 206,125 Frostfest Mountains: 1,287,050 Fantasm Forest 1,614,565 Kaos' Fortress: 967,108 Motherly Mayhem: 304,503 I feel it isn't a necessity to mark my Sheep Wreak Score, as it would just take someone 3+ hours of monotonous grinding in one spot to beat it.

Not sure if others know this, but there are several levels where you can play mini games and fail and retry to increase the score--is that the case on this level or was this using AoA's Spark Lock glitch?

No, the Sparklock method generates roughly 90 points per second which is such a low rate that its insufferable. To put it in perspective, it would take 34.4 hours (roughly) to get that same exact score via the Sparklock method, while the VGS method only took about 3 hours. Vortex Golems will spawn ranged cyclopes about every 10 second, and do will continue to do so every 10 seconds indefinitely. This behavior is exclusive to Sheep Wreak Island, as the Arena Vortex Golems have a spawn limit (I never cared to find out exactly how many they can spawn, but I do know its limited from experience).
Regarding the math above, the Sparklock method takes so much time that using it for anything other than boosting your multiplier to 30x early in a level is rather pointless because a simple 500k points extra would take 1.5 hours of pressing the same 2 buttons, but doing nothing to break any monotony of it (the spawn method at least allows for game play to pass the time). As for the mini-games, I recently discovered that myself while I was playing Frostfest Mountains and entering the magic elemental gate. The balloon shooting mini game gives 300 points a balloon and mine, and can be done indefinitely so long as you hit a mine before popping 50 balloons. EDIT: On a side note, if anyones interested, we may never actually SEE the max score, like, at all. I've broken 11m, meaning that the bare minimum max is likely 99m, but I also suspect the programmers may have set it to 999m, regardless of the fact it is absolutely unreachable. To further enunciate the point of "we may never see the max score", using the Vortex Golem Spawn method of score grinding and the same formulas I used to get how many points it gives per second, I worked out the rough amount of time it would take to reach 99m and 999m. 99,999,999: 1 Day, 4 hours, 30 minutes. 999,999,999 eheh....... 11 DAYS, 22 hours If 99m is the max, its only a matter of the right person taking on the challenge to show the max score to us all..... If the max is 999m.... We will never see it, period. To my knowledge, most consoles these days CANNOT run nearly 12 straight days without frying itself into oblivion (I could be entirely wrong on this, but more modern consoles seem more more and more prone to death by overheating).

I was just playing SF to demonstrate the modes to a friend, when I managed to get a new high score on Cascade Glade.
Beat in under 4 minutes? HAHAHA TRY 4 SECONDS I used Magna Zone. I think he can get to the first clocks a wee bit faster than Jet, which was why I beat my own score. I'll try Magna Blade eventually. I'd post the rest of my scores, but since I beat this one, might as well try to best the rest first.
