News flash: Nuclear Holocaust in Skylands...no skylander survives, but a new race of mighty morphin mutants does, and they will all glow in the dark.

I say reboot...move it somewhere else...skylands isn't THAT special. Nor are the characters.

I mean...Eon has practically enrolled half of Skylands as a special elite force...it doesn't appear to be an exclusive team. Is it the equivalent of the Skyland's Draft system?

While your point is valid you aren't playing by the rules....just kidding.

I would ultimately like to see just new Skylanders and Games we are stuck with the filler of reposes. The only reason I can justify getting some of them (never all) is the Wow Pow and the ability to change paths without resetting the toy. Now I wish this was just a feature in the game but they've restricted it to JUST the reposes. Wow Pows can be lame but the path change is actually useful.

Don't forget Prism Break and Whirlwind. The "core" will always have a refresh. I think they need to rethink this (and any other repose) as the franchise now needs a shake up. Wow Pows aren't too wow and doesn't have enough pow.

I feel there will always be a core set returning each set. I would hope they would retire them or make a game that involves them being captured or something. Then have some corelanders try and save them. However we are forgetting one thing.

What will the new Gimmick be?

ssa: figures that come to life in the game
giants: giants and lightcores
Swap: swapable figures
???

I would love series 3 to be the last of any figure. I would also love a reboot where nothing returns and everything is new. The old figures can still work but they dont get reposes at all. Would be good to clear out stock of older games. Want cynder?? get one from any game Want countdown, buy swap force ones?

I would say a full reboot may ahppen one day cause idk if they are going to keep programming figures over and over game after game. Then agian pokemon still does it, yet most pokemon share moves somewhat so idk.

I think that skylanders who alredy exist in 4 shapes like Eruptor and Prism break (ssa, sg normal and lc, sf) shoul not come back.
One come back should be a maximum in my opinion, maybe 2.

I would like the 5 skylanders who had only a ssa version to be in the next game: Dino rang, Boomer, Ghost roaster, Sunburn, Voodood.

It would also be nice to see the SG guys wha dis not came back in sf back in the fourth game.
