And what I meant for him spinning like a top, I just meant his bottom half, like his feet would go together and they would spin like a top. I think that Doom Stone is Spin and Rubble Rouser is Dig because on the poster with all the characters Rubble Rouser and Grilla Drilla have the same set of lines that show a type of action and Doom Stone and Free Ranger both are in Tornadoes but Doom Stone just has dirt/sand in his.

Besides, if his name is Rubble Rouser, that indicates he rouses rubble= DIG --- I'm gone. I visit sometimes.
