I run my parents car business, because they would rather waste away at casino's. They even wanted to shut their carlot, before I talked them out of it, saying that I would help run it, so they can continue to do whatever they want to do.
So I have two avenues of money there. Money from sitting at the desk, as well as money 10% of whatever the down payment is on each car.
At the same time, I live in a house my mother bought back in 1990. When she found out my girlfriend was pregnant, she let me live in this house, while not having to pay rent.
However, my mother will get everything that's coming to her. Once I get a good career (although the car business can you make you a ton in the span of a month my heart's not in it), I plan on spoiling my mother rotten for the help she's provided.
However, with my now-ex leaving the house in about 2 weeks, things will be slightly more rough, but I should be able to manage.
