So,
REStart a thread for the most powerful.
Not so much, who can win in pvp.

To make my point as simple as possible,

Batman vs Superman

Superman is MORE POWERFUL than Batman. Obviously.
However, Krypotnite anything destroys Superman, so if the Bat has any in his belt, Superman goes down.
In a pvp, Batman could win...but he's not more powerful straight up.
