And like I said before my opinion. And he has tough competition. Cuz all the water element are decent. But in my opinion if I had to choose one it would be wham shell. And I said y I think so. So that's it. My opinion.

But talking bout wham shell His abilities are similar to gill gunt. Shoots star fish bullets. His mace isn't that strong. And his crit hit is weak. Best thing about him is his soul gem, the armor makes him harder 2 hurt/get.
