Krome Cynder was cute...

After all she was a young dragon, so think about it, the larger she grew mabye her head would saty the same, also with Spyro, he had a big head in the Krome style.

Most juvenile/infant animals have very large heads. Just look at a human baby's head in comparison to its body.
