I wouldn't hold my breath on that. Best Buy is notoriously bad on late wave releases, and they seem to be majorly cutting back on TTL space. If you haven't gotten it yet but want to, I'd go ahead and put in on order on Amazon. If Best Buy gets it before they restock, then fine. If not you may be looking at a Thrillipede situation waiting for an in store release.

The figure has the Smasher symbol.

And the Smasher symbol on the package is printed on, not a sticker cover up.

I ordered last night. When did they run out? I wonder if they will get any more back, They didn't give a second chance on Thrillapede or Chompy mage.

I ordered on Dec. 26th and got a delivery date of 1/12. It was originally the 18th but has been updated 3 times.

I took him out of the box today though I got him Sunday from Amazon, I maybe wrong but I will assume some might have a hard time getting his lolly out. I wasn't really paying attention to it but it looks like it had potential to tear the lolly off.

Mine was supposed to arrive tomorrow according to Amazon, but still hasn't shipped. And most of NC is currently under delayed delivery due to the winter storm this past weekend... No idea when it'll actually arrive. :/

Thanks. My post office takes about a day to sort the package to my PO box (word of advice- never get a german shepherd.) so tomorrow i'll have him and an extra magic crystal (to be used for Robbie Rotten, AKA Villain No. 1)

Just received mine today. Smasher symbol on the figure and package.

Even though I still don't have my confirmation yet, it does at least say that the shipment is being prepared. That kinda gives me hope I get an update on him soon.

Finally my got shipped today. It's in Baltimore MD and it says I'd get him by Friday, but it's so close to me, it's more like tomorrow tops. Finally some good news for me this year.

I placed my order on Dec. 24th, and recently got an email saying it was going to arrive the 17th. Then, when I went onto amazon to track the passage, the arrival date was now today the 11th. Today, I got an email about a delay, with no new date, but the tracking page has yet to change. I don't know what to believe.

Usually you can go directly to UPS or whatever shipping company is being used and enter the tracking number to check the status.

I finally got my today and wow he is fun to play with. Sure he takes a lot of damage, but he is a party to play with. His top path is definitely the best path as he moves faster. Also his different weapons breaking is what should have done and just switch fish after use so he didn't have to waste his secondary attack.

Yesterday, my order was updated to say arrival on Jan 20, but then it finally just shipped a few min ago, and is due to arrive on Monday, Jan 16. :3

As someone stated above, be careful taking the lollipop out of the package. Mine was cracked before I even touched it and may break off eventually.

Just received our 2 Pain-Yatta combos today, both have the correct symbol on the boxes and on the figures' bases.

Not too late to order from amazon. I ordered mine last week and got confirmation that it will be shipped on the 22nd (Arrive by the 25th). I wasn't sure if they would get them back in stock, looks like they are expecting more on the 25th of Jan. If you want him, I would not wait, this could be like Thillipede (Only available last year through amazon in the States), if you wait too long this window may close and it could be the only way to get him. I remember Thrillipede's window was very short.

Thrillipede was on ToysRUs.com for a very very brief time.

Amazon has him up again, ships on the 25th.

Not trying to persuade anyone to wait, but there's an ebay listing for a single pack Pain-Yatta pre-order. The seller specifies that it comes in the same packaging as other single figures, and they're in the US.

Question to the people who received them in the mail: Do any of them have crummy paint-jobs? I hate ordering online because of all of the badly painted eyes/mouths/hands.

I understand the concern because the Chompy Mage, Crankcase, and Wolfgang I ordered from Amazon all have terrible paint jobs.

Good to know. The paint is the main reason I hate to order online. I don't want to spend my money on something that can vary so much without knowing the quality.
