I think you should just release the entire chapter as one whole. This fan fiction is not nearly as well known as it should be.

I would really like to release one chapter at a time but my schedule is so packed that this is the best that I can do for now.

Ok everyone! I am extremely excited to announce that "The Story of the Skylanders" is no longer on hiatus! I will complete Chapter 7 and then add the next few chapters soon after. I have also decided to try find time to release whole chapters at once again, since releasing parts of the chapters is kinda dumb. Anyway, expect to see lots more of "The Story of the Skylanders" soon!

Chapter 7 is now complete! Check page one for the full chapter and check back on page two soon for Chapter 8!

Great chapter. I made another story, unfortunately no one has really noticed it yet. It would be great if you could check it out.

Chapter 8

Figure One was pointing the Chomy-fier right at Jon, Ron, and Officer Schwarts's faces. Figure Two ran behind them, blocking their escape.
"What do we do now?" Ron asked.
Trigger Happy and Warnado, in Ron's hands, looked at the bag slung over Figure Two's shoulder that contained the other Skylanders.
They whispered with one another for a moment before whispering their plan to Ron.
"I like it," he said. "But are you sure it'll work?"
Before the Skylanders could respond, Figure One shouted, "Hey! We're the only ones who get to talk around here! One more word and I'll blast you with the Chompy-fier!"
"Why couldn't we get the Sheep-ifier 4000?" Figure Two asked.
"Because the Chomy-fier was cheaper!" Figure One responded. "And because sheep are not Chompies, and I like Chompies!"
As the two Figures were arguing, Schwarts leaned over to the twins and whispered, "Okay, so now, I'm going to-"
He was abruptly cut off as a blinding, green beam of light and energy shot over the twins' heads and hit Officer Schwarts. He looked upon himself in horror as his features began to change. His eyes elongated into, thin, floppy rods, his teeth turned to only fangs, and he shrank down as he turned a light shade of green. The boys looked at him, seeing his eyes change from care and horror to only hunger and anger. Just as he was about to leap at Ron, Jon, Warnado, and Trigger Happy, a green-black vortex opened up behind him, sucking him in.
"Now!" Ron yelled, enacting Warnado and Trigger Happy's plan, which he'd managed to whisper to Jon as well. The twins charged at Figure Two, catching him by surprise and knocking the Skylanders bag out of his hands. Bash, Chop Chop, and Spyro tumbled out of it, but Figure Two picked it up before any more could follow. The three Skylanders flew into the portal, it's winds pulling Trigger Happy from Ron's hand as well.
"Trig!" Warnado yelled, the portal dissipating just as the orange gremlin entered it.

Yeah I'd like to do that, fan fiction is awesome, sometimes you get really bad stories that make no sense. But I think skylander fan fiction is pretty cool.

That's the problem, so many fan fictions are dying. Mine barely even gets noticed. There is also no way to tell how many people read it.

Well I was about to post Chapter 9, but then my tablet froze and all my progress got deleted, and I'm too frustrated to redo it right now, so I'll post it another time soon.

Chapter 9

"Okay so the plan was for Officer Schwarts to attack Figure One and knock the Chompy-fier from his hands, and for the twins to knock the Skylander sack from Figure Two's grasp and run away with it," said Trigger Happy as the four Skylanders were pulled after the Chompy through the portal. "But you can see how that worked out."

As the portal neared its end, the Skylanders began to see the end of the portal, a brightness that continued to increase the close they came. The Chompy exited first, tumbling across the rocky ground then running away to who-knows-where. The Skylanders followed suit, not running away but landing on the craggy earth.

"Hey!" Spyro noticed. "We can move! We're back in Skylands so we're not frozen anymore!" The others began to move around as well, joyfully. "Look I can move my legs and arms and wings and-"

Suddenly, the ground gave way beneath the four 'Landers. They hardly had time to shout before they fell several feet down into the ground. Rocks began to fall into the crevice as well, and when the Skylanders were sure of their rockfall-caused-demise, the rocks stopped just above their heads. The stones had wedged themselves in the hole, managing to stop moving before reaching the Skylanders but blocking their only chance of escape. They were enclosed in this hermetically-sealed gap, their air supply dwindling. If they didn't escape soon, the Skylanders would be down four members. Trying to shift the rocks did nothing, as-

"Okay we get it Mr. Narrator, thank you!"

Oh, uh, right. Sorry Spyro.

Ron and Jon's eyes were locked on the portal, or where the portal had just been. Snapping out of their entrancement, the two brothers sprinted away as fast as they could, Warnado in hand.

"Yes, run little ones!" Figure Two shouted. "Run away!"
"No , fool!" said Figure One. "We need them to come back! We need Warnado!"
"Oh, right," said Figure Two, a little embarrassed. "Nevermind, kids! Come back! Come back!"
"Now, why would they just turn around and come back?" Figure One questioned.
"It was worth a shot," said Figure Two, the sense of embarrassment still lingering.

Sorry I've been so busy lately. I am certain that I'll continue this story, but Idk when.

To anyone who plans to finish this story, don't fret; I'll come around to it eventually, but for now I'm taking a break to start on another story.
