This is the good ending and how to get it. Posted as a link for spoiler reasons. Following along with the ending I-B & I have a theory for the story.

The second game comes first. The animatronics actions likely the result of malfunctions or just running wild on their programming, following the original guess in-game by phone guy of them believing you to be an animatronic without your suit. Towards the end it is noted that another guard has snuck in and is wearing the golden suit with the next day being a birthday party. Jeremy Fitzgerald is likely then the victim of the bite of '87, which is why Night 7 then has Fritz Smith as the guard.

During the birthday party, Purple Guy dressed in a golden Freddy suit takes 5 children into the back where he kills them and stuffs the bodies into the suits. The dead children then posses Freddy, Bonnie, Chica, Foxy, & Marionette (Judging by the masks in the final mini-game) and the pizzeria is ultimately closed. Sometime later, the first game occurs. Mike Schmidt, aka Purple Guy, acts as the guard over the place, returning to the scene for his own reasons. The kids know who he is and come after him. During his time there, Mike hallucinates of Golden Freddy, his actions haunting him. Phone Guy is killed by the animatronics seeking revenge, likely just an innocent victim caught by mistake.

Sometime after the events of the first game, Mike dissasembes the animatronics to try to rid himself of the threat, however the spirits of the kids come after Mike for revenge. He runs into the back and gets into the Spring Bonnie costume but it malfunctions and kills him. This leads into the third game. The kids likely followed SpringTrap to the horror attraction and are the hallucinations trying to scare you away from Mike haunting the SpringTrap animatronic. BB's audio track attracts him places as he murdered the kids and that killer instinct likely still lies in him and he goes after it for sounding like a child. After the events of the third game, the faulty wiring gets the better of things and the place burns down with SpringTrap probably burning with it leading to the good ending shown where the heads are unlit and the kids have moved on.

Every time I died on the night I'd look away because I was scared of a screen like this happening. Until one time I didn't look away, but luckily the screen didn't appear. But then straight after that, I started up the night and I DIDN'T LOOK AWAY. ;____;

Yep, they are. There's no way that a human's eyes could remain intact for over 30 years.

The animatronic parts, like the eyes, jaws, etc. busted through him when the springs locked up on him. He was basically skewered when he tried putting on the suit.

From what I've pieced together from MatPat's second FNAF theory video, (If you haven't seen it, go check it out, blew my mind.)

What if the Purple Guy's body at the end of FNAF 1 was put into the Springtrap suit and brought back to life like the other dead children, just think about it for a moment. It would make sense, wouldn't it? As revenge for killing the other 5 children, as an eternal punishment to live the life the other dead children were forced to do.

We basically know that the person you play as in fnaf3 is so done that has been to the pizzeria in the first and second game because freddy Chica balloon boy and foxy are all just hallucinations and he wouldn't know them without being to one of those locations.

Here's what I think is going on in FNAF:

Here's what I think happened:

In the "Give Them Cake" minigame in FNAF2, it took place in Fredbear's Family Diner. The killer murdered a child, who possessed the marionette.

Fredbear's was bought out after the murder stained their reputation, and reopened into the one featured in 1987. The killer struck again, stealing the Golden Freddy suit (which may have been one of the wearable animatronic suits like Golden Bonnie (Springtrap), and murdered five more kids, stuffing their bodies into the animatronics. The puppet takes those five souls and puts them into the mascots: Freddy, Foxy, Golden Freddy, Bonnie, and Chica. Phone Guy is the day shift guard (who is the murderer).

Jeremy (the guy you play as in FNAF2) was the victim of the Bite of '87 during the birthday party where he was to keep the animatronics away from the kids, done to him by the Mangle (due to her jumpscare, her swinging down, teeth meeting what would be the frontal lobe area), which helped to remove the newer 'toy' animatronics, and Mangle, allowing Fazbear's to restore the original (withered) animatronics, the new 'toy' ones were used to replace Golden Freddy/Springtrap when it was discovered the wearable mechanism wasn't safe back in Fredbear's. The 87 location closes down. Fazbear's opens up again, having to sell much of its assets in order to make up for losses, thus the events of the first game. Phone Guy, now on night shift and one of the few guards not fired, is cornered by the souls of the kids, he freaks out, climbs into the Springtrap suit out of terror which closes up and kills him, he wasn't killed by Freddy.

Fast forward 30 years, this place opens up, long after the animatronics have been dismantled (but still possessed), because the souls are trapped in the dismantled heads, they become the phantom animatronics. Springtrap is brought over from the FNAF 1 location, now possessed with the spirit of Phone Guy...the killer, after the suit closed up on him back on Night 4 of FNAF 1 while he was trying to get away form the spirits of the kids. (Ultimately meaning that the guy talking to you in Night 5's phone call of FNAF 1 was Springtrap, shortly after Phone Guy's death and the animatronic becoming possessed by his spirit.)

Purple Freddy in the minigame was only purple to correlate with the murderer fooling them and luring them to their destruction. 'purple guy' (because being a security guard, he would wear an officer's uniform). AS for purple guy dismantling the animatronics, but yet the animatronics still appear after Phone Guy is dead in FNAF 1..I'm still working on. Same with who BB is, and why the "Toy" animatronics were also dangerous.

EDIT: I got it. Phone Guy only dismantled the Toy animatronics, knowing they would follow him (since he could be have a criminal past, one that Fazbear's notorious oversight failed to get him for).

It's a good theory to be sure, but you're missing a key piece of info.

In FNaF1, the purple guy isn't on the day shift, he's on the NIGHT SHIFT. In that game you play as Mike, hence the animatronics trying to kill you. He does disassemble them, because they're trying to kill him.

Other than that, you're pretty spot on with how I view it.
