Just got my WFLS at best buy, and I know it's not skylanders but finally got clear mickey at target! Time for a signature update!

i think i am around 73 or so.

i am not going to try to get all model's out there. the cost is just to high.

What did I just buy? Well, We got EE Trigger Happy yesterday, but we went to pick up the mail this morning and it had all the recent other purchases. We got Voodude, Swarm, Riptide, Popthorn and Scorp. None of those are new for us, but with them we now have two (or more) of every character, so we can try both paths. The only exceptions are Bushwack, Lobstar and Headrush since they have alts still coming.

Completely forgot to post but I recently managed find a tech trap in my local area...this is the first time since launch I've been able to find anything tech related (except chopper)

Went to Target on Saturday to get some cheap DVDs and, as usualy, decided to check out the toy and game sections. I saw a Swap-force $10 bin, and was beyond shocked when I found 2 Bronze/Silver Trap Shadow figs!!

picked up winterfest lobstar today in uk plenty over here

on Friday. if my loco Sainsburys has "Winterfest Lobstar" i will pick it up.

The haul from the past couple of days. Bumble Blast may look a tad "out of place" but the Lightcore version did not come to Oz so I had to import him.

Best $20 I've spent.

he didn't want it so he gave it to me...

Just got Lob Star! Wanted him since release and he was sold out during the black Friday deals. Oh well, I'll pay 15 bucks for his cool looking figure.

Here's what's different:

A. Look at the crystals on the base. They're brown. He has some other semi noticable paint differences.

B. The front piece is missing a catchphrase.

C. The plastic holder is completely different.

D. No barcode on the bottom.

E. Back of the cardboard is completely different: it has images of prototype figures in the back, most notably Sunburn (called Hot Flash, under a picture of a never before seen prototype of him.)

F. Barcode is on the back of the box. It's 0 00000 00000 0.

G. The card is different.

And, lastly, H. He's being held down by thick double-sided tape.

Does he appear as spyro when placed on portal?

Nope, doesn't work. (Most of the time) Prototypes never work.

That's true, how could I forget, lol!

With all due respect, can we please keep the prototype discussion in the prototype thread? Matt posted an item about his purchase in multiple threads so it makes sense to keep the "chatter" which is not "I bought X" specific to the appropriate thread.

Went to my TRU in Fullerton, CA, and found the new Minis: Small Fry/Weeruptor & Gill Runt/Thumpling. They just got a case today, so there wasn't many. I picked them up, though I have the original Gill Runt & Thumpling when they came out as Sidekicks.
This is a good sign that Wave 3 is near.

Just got wave 3 mini packs... Plus a few traps

Finally got my 8 Pack Trap with Steamed Broccoli Guy at Target...there was only 2 left...glad i got one ...finally..lol.
And skylander_chaos ...why would you buy 4 of them?...knowing how hard they are for people to find.

Winterfest Lob-Star from WM. They had the crystal Mickey instock if you are interested. This was in Clarksville, TN.

Snowderdash was $185, B/Blast as $15, two of the green translucents were $132 and the other was $105. The two EE's were retail.

I was on the fence about this one because it's a Skylander but it's not and I don't generally collect other Skylanders merchandise besides the figures but I decided to buy it.

I just won a bid on EBay for a NIB Snowderdash for $141 ($130 + $11 s&h). So I finally got her and should receive the package between 12/19/2014 to 1/2/2015. Finally got an employee only figure, as well as won my first EBay auction.

I surprisingly went and actually picked up my preordered Trigger Happy at Gamestop. What can I say, I just want to spam those 3X powerful guns for what little time I'll have in the game with them.

Wtg!!!! I like her a lot! I just wish her name was Snowderdash!

She's not an in-game variant...is why her name wasn't changed....wish she was that pearlwhite with blue fire hair...would look so COOL!

I know she's a chase variant, but she's a rare chase variant.
I wished they used the core figure pose instead.

She looks amazing on the Portal, Insane. You snagged her for a pretty decent price.

On the topic of good prices, I (possibly) snagged myself a loose Red Camo (plus a ton of other "special" figures) for a little under $40.

Thanks. I figured that would be part of my Christmas/Hannukah gifts to myself. Wave 3 is also part of it, plus if it's true that they'll be revealed on 12/19, the Light & Dark elements as well.

My TRU has way too many of the Legendary traps as well as LDV & LJB
But no word on the rest of wave 3. Hope they have a limited release this weekend or the next.
