Nope. There really isn't anything to talk about in Spyro. AV left us in the dark with things. If they actually gave details, we would have something to discuss.

Activision today unveiled a Squinkles game for the DS:

What got me was that it's mentioned it's "recently voted as one of the best new toys at Toy Fair in London".

But this can't be the hinted game; it was unveiled today, and the hinted picture doesn't really go with that whole "puppies, lollipops, and rainbows" look of the game. Spyro's not THAT kiddie (or "girly" so to speak).

What I meant was free-roaming, RPG-style play that Zelda had.

In the first chapter of CotT, there is a part with a series of vines that swing over a gathering of ratnicians. If you keep avoiding them when they try to catch you, one oif their comments is "what is he? A speedy blue hedgehog or something?"

And I see no video.

Here is the quote then.

I don't know what level it is, could be Midnight Mountain, but there is a part where you need to pay Moneybags to cross a bridge. If you refuse to pay, Moneybags will say:

"You shouldn't anger a magician, Spyro. I just might decide to turn you into a blue hedgehog or something."

Also, the earth boulder move in DotD always reminds me of Sonic's Roll and Spin Dash techniques....it could be intentional, as EL have referenced Sonic before in their Asterix game, which has a TON of VG references, including Spyro!
