I have an actual thing, it's called fine motor skills or something, which is why I can't draw. I can freehand from a different piece of art pretty well but I can't just think of something and draw it. It amazes me how people can do that.

I drew an otter. Because otters are my favorite animal, I mean just look up otters right now and tell me that "they are not cute". They are freaking adorable. Also I think out of the groups of animals that get put into video games, you barely ever see an otter in one. Like what the heck they are cute, they can swim as well as they can go on land. You can make a game with water mechanics and land mechanics using an otter character. But otters are never really used in video games, but they use somewhat of those mechanics on other animals? What the heck?

But anyways here's a picture before I go nuts with that rant.

I usually keep my art simple, and I go straight into cleaner lines (which i may or may not touch up on)
the amethyst one, for example, took about 61 minutes
I dunno if I do them quickly or if I just spend too much time drawing

and i recordeded it as a speed drawing

edit: it's really bugging me that i am seeing ways to make the amethyst drawing look better but now i can't go back to edit it :^(
