I apologize if it's against the rules to reference other sites, but over at Ghostroaster a couple of us figured out that Zach is holding what appears to be a metallic Shroomboom special figure that's not been seen or announced before. since skylander boy and girl was on the show skylander dad does customs so they may have given him a custom one since it is out of the box

Skylanderdad didn't repaint that...(hes not that good)..thats the same Iridescent Gold paint that was used on Wii U's bundle Wash Buckler....thats a factory figure. Doing that type of paint is a bit tricky. Sure wish he would talk about the figures he's holding at the start of his video's.

It's basically being done to generate hype so people start looking through the older Giants figs for him. It's still idiotic to release new chase variants for the older games, but I digress. Just that much harder to have a complete set.

After LC Hex was released FOR the launch of Swap Force and the crystal Whirlwind...the message is clear: your job as a collector will never be done. As a result, I bow out of the game.

Problem is, these are going to end up rarer than normal. Giants figures are going to be a harder sell because the die-hards already have them, meaning that boxes of the toys will instead sit in stockrooms, if the stores get any.

In other words...yeah scalpers are going to be the best bet to get all the variants. I'm waiting for the market crash, call me when it happens. @_@

I actually think shroomboom looks neat, Idk why just when he came out I liked him. Then again I thought boomer and voodood were cool too and ppl hated them lol

I want to see it! Shroomboom is my favorite from Giants. I don't like all the hate there is for him.

They gave him TOO MANY different packs (Dragonfire Cannon, Golden Dragonfire Cannon, Lightcore, single, and a triple that, thankfully, wasn't released).

People already got their fill with the Dragonfire Cannons. He's hated because people are sick of seeing him everywhere. Same goes with Flashwing, Whirlwind, and, originally, Boomer.

Let's see, there were less battle packs than adventure packs, his LC and Singles were NOT common, and as you said, his triple was never seen.
Overall, he wasn't nearly as common as the adventure packs, Ghost Roaster, Slam Bam, Sunburn, and the most common adventure pack, plus someone who got 2 reposes and in a battle pack for his S3, Terrafin.

The thing I dislike about him are his moves, and his voice. His slingshot attack drives me INSANE, because it's super slow, does little damage, and is really hard to aim. Half the time the projectiles just stop short and don't even hit the target. The only thing he has that I find useful is that he can go underground, and Terrafin has that, and Terrafin has other abilities that have great use. Unlike Shroom Boom.

I took his slingshot path. :I And I hated it.

I hated Barrier Boost, and loved Parashroom Promotion. The reason I hate Barrier Boost is because it does nothing for you. The barrier is always useless no matter what, and the underground is just invincibility that you can do nothing during.

Parashroom Promotion is not too bad.

But his primary attack is the bets.

Yep. I hate everything about Shroomaboom. His attacks are terrible, and he was designed by a perv. It's a one-eyed mushroom head. I'm not even going to say what he looks like.

Shroomboom is stronger than any other core character(maybe besides Stump Smash if you care about HP...). ALL of his slingshot attacks do GREAT amounts of damage, barrier boost gives you a big protective ring which releases poisonous spores(that do good damage) when you touch it or when an enemy attacks it, PLUS being underground gives you a chance to prepare for what's next. The only thing I couldn't care less about is the parashroom attack. It never looked good to me.

Now, I would like to say that the character who has changed GREATLY in power is Wrecking Ball. And thank the lords because he needed it. Not saying that he was bad before, mind you.
