Freeze Blade species revealed [CLOSED]

I've been wondering this for a while now. He kind of looks like a raccoon but without a tail. What do you think?


edit: I found a video with Freeze Blade's species being confirmed. For those who didn't know, he is a cat!

Looks more like a Tiger to me. At least, how the ears are positioned are more tiger like than cat like. Although, I'd guess "cat" is kind of like a tiger.

But no stripes... If they were to make a tiger, they'd most likely give it stripes so kids can easily identify it.

It has the feet and hands of a cat, but its head is just a mixture of 5 different animals.

A wise man once said (kudos to you if you get it) ITS EVALUATION TIME!
1) It seems obvious that its a MAMMAL. So it isnt A fish, reptile, amphibian, bird, or insect.
2) It is probably a member of the dog or cat family. (By dog I mostly mean wolf, and by cat I mean Lions and whatnot.)
3)It has 4 fingers on each...Hand/paw/limb thing.
4)It has 3 toes on each Foot/Paw/Limb thing.
5) If I see it From behind, I can judge if it has a tail which will help in finding its species.

Maybe he is a snow leopard or a wildcat of some sort. Either way, he looks really cool and I can hardly wait to play as him.

Half the Skylanders are females to me, and I'm not pushing it against anyone, so I don't care about canon in that regard at all.

If you want a full list: Whirlwind, Warnado, Sonic Boom, Camo, Stealth Elf, Hex, Cynder, Ghost Roaster, Dino-Rang, Prism Break, Eruptor, Zap, Wrecking Ball, Voodood, Trigger Happy, Swarm, Tree Rex, Fright(not Rider), Flashwing, Hot Dog, Chill, Ninjini and Sprocket are all counted as females where I live. Both Brawl and Eye are genderless.

My cousin and I share this list. Neither of us usually use headcanon but Skylanders has hardly any interesting females so we let it slide it in this case. We even make our own backstories and personalities for Skylanders we like less such as Stealth Elf and Hot Head so that we enjoy them more. We have nothing against males but if there were more strong females in canon we would find it easier to relate with Skylanders- so we just go our own way. Heck, the whole game is based around you being a Portal Master, which involves as much imagination as headcanon does.

If you follow proper canon that's fine, I know all the swappers are supposed to be male, but I find it more interesting reimagining half of them as girls. If Freeze Blade's species is never revealed(like Chill), you should try to stretch your imagination and come up with something fun, even if it isn't official.


I hadn't thought about it until now, but from this moment on, Fright will be female in my eyes.

No... but those fangs do kinda make me think of something vampiric. Cat seems like the best guess, or humanoid-animal-ice-thing.

No, Elf eyes are almond-shaped. His eyes are almost shaped like circles to me. Definitely not an Elf. His ears aren't long, either.

Freeze Blade may just be a fictional creature created by Vicarious Visions, unless the official backstories are revealed.

Actually, bobcat does seem very likely. They're used to the cold and have very short tails. I could see him being a bobcat.
