I doubt it. They released 4 of them thus far and there's another 4 coming and from what I understand they're of a lower quality than the normal skylanders. Let's also not forget they don't actually do anything other than follow you around. It doesn't really seem worth it to make swappable sidekicks if they're not going to do anything but follow you around.

An interesting take would be instead of giving us hats, you can get sidekicks to follow you around that give you stat boosts.

I don't think they should be swappable. I'm fine with the Sidekicks being cutsey litle companions, like chibi versions. Though I do wish they had more effect in-game. it'd be kinda nice if they could attack enemies or something. Even if they are extremely weak, some assistance would be great.

i think the sidekicks should do things that some sidekicks do. i mean they dont have to fight i just like want them to bring me money or food and stuff that would be really cool.

like a little pet they follow you around
but they dont have to attack
but at least pik up coins or something

I want them to fix Sidekicks as-is. They should break barrels and stuff and collect the Gold from them! They don't even have to fight... Just having them get money for you would be so convenient and make them worth it. Even better, we don't have a Magic Item that does that yet(if they attacked it would be good, but then you may as well use Sparx Dragonfly or a Cannon).

The Swapkicks could also pick up little coins and treasure. They could also bring food and they could attack enemies.

I actually don't think that the sidekicks will be swappable, because they don't have any attacks, so switching top and bottom won't do anything, even if they had 1 attack. Though I do wish that the sidekick can give you stat boosts and pick up food and money for you.

Pop thorn would be pip thorn and free ranger would be wee ranger! I think sidekicks should do little damage to enemies and pick up gold and food to deliver.
