I would say that USA is mostly affected, Europe is going pretty well by now.

The only place that could be considered to be picking up is China. There actually doing very well over there in regards to their economy.

Everywhere else, a lot of people can't pay for that much. And the governments tend to be in a lot of debt.

It's only $20 over here, everything else in that catalog seems closely-priced, except for that one, hopefully it's a misprint!
I wonder if the figures/portal are region-free, if the characters will truly be country-exclusive, maybe there can be some trading going on.

But seriously, when the price of an add-on becomes the same price as the game it's for then it's not really worth it. Did they not look up the competitors prices when deciding how much they were going to charge for it?

I was looking at Tesco direct's website today and they have already ran out of stock on WhirlWind and all the other Skylander stuff.I hope Whirlwind comes back in though or alternatively Ebay if someone puts it up used.

Whoops Sorry about that.
Probably because I'm used to the item when getting ready for release normally going this will be available from, preorder,not ready to order as not available till etc rather than using the out of stock phrase instead.
