Bio: Spyro hails from a rare line of magical purple dragons that come from a faraway land few have ever traveled. He has been on many exciting adventures, and has a remarkable knowledge of the different lands he protects, more so than any other Skylander. A strong-willed dragon who is young at heart, Spyro is fearless and brave. A true hero dedicated to defending his world from all things evil.

Bio: Zap is a water dragon who was raised in the seas of Skylands by a family of electric eels. Although he is friendly and well-liked by most sea creatures, he has a long standing feud with the dolphins. They don't like that he regularly shocks them by accident when they ride the ocean waves together, and he usually takes offense at the dolphins saying the shocks are no accident... and sometimes they're right. But despite these minor differences of opinion, Zap has proven to be a true protector of the seas and of Skylands.

Why are we creating a topic about it when we can already find this information in the Skylanders section anyway, kind of strange.

Just to group them all together, instead of mixing them with all of those other guys. Kinda to separate them. Because a lot of people say they are only getting dragons, it isn't all that strange.

Now it is not strange that you've explained it to me, it's nice for those who want to collect dragons, I think I would be one of those people who would want to collect dragons because in a Spyro game you never play as any other dragon. I'd rather play as a dragon in those type of worlds than be a random character, I often wondered to myself in Spyro 3, that Insomniac should have had dragons instead of animal based playable characters but never mind, I'm still good with it.

There is going to be an undead dragon, but Dark Spyro isn't an Undead dragon. Look at the pedestal he's standing on and you'll see that his element is Magic. If he was undead, then he would standing on a skull. See?

Oh, I see. And it looked like there was a darker version of Chop Chop in those screenshots you posted earlier...

I think dark spyro is just an exclusive character.

When I saw the number of dragons and how cool they were somewhere in the back of head it was going "Shut up and take my money!"... odd.

i want them ALL! especcially the robot dragon :3

It's good that there's a dragon of each element. If all you want are the dragons, then you wouldn't have a problem beating the game 100%, since apparently, you have to have at least one character from each element to completely beat the game.

The Dragons all share the same fierce expression, not all cute and bubbly like the dragons from the Classic Spyro universe.

Because there's two dragon types. There's the cute and cuddily one, and then there's the fierce and powerful ones.

Bash looks more like a dinosaur in my opinion.
And there is 8 elements, and only 8 dragons. But two are magic so there can't be one for each element unless there is another dragon.

Depends, Wyverns are considered Dragons....So it's up to word of god if same family type or just another species

I consider Bash a dinosaur until it is confirmed her is a dragon or not.

Dark Spyro doesn't even look dark. They should have stayed with no pupils and he would have looked dark.

Yeah, it would have looked better; now he just looks like he's a little under the weather.

Dark Spyro is kinda pointless in my opinion, it doesn't look like he has any special powers.

Expect far as we can tell in Legend, he was able to turn people into stone, use haxor lazors and move at the speed of light while having devastating blows for each one.
