No....
I sometimes blame the teacher on occasions where they push us to hard like give us an hours homework and expect us to study a whole chapter for a test the next day.If I get bad grades on something like this I may blame the teacher but other then that it is entirely the students fault.

I hate it as well, but there are some occasions where the teacher is just that horrible at teaching.

Well it's really dependent on what Teacher we're talking about. Like if I were gone for a day and my math teacher gave me homework that I wasn't there for to do or even learn the lesson, there would be a little issue there. But if it were say a student that was there and chooses not to do it and then blames the teacher. Then I agree.
Though I am very annoyed with the students being assholes to the teachers. They come in and make up stories at times of why they were they sent to focus. Maybe if they checked themselves before doing such a action then lying to my Study Skills teacher about it. Seriously my Study Skills class is also the focus and in-house room. You see what I mean?

I am in High school (junior year to exact). But I'm also in the IEP program thanks to slow maturation. But of course I do make them up at some point with a little help. Though usually there are times where the teacher is actually nice enough to just excuse them. EDIT: Though there are times where the teacher, even though you turned in your assignment. Don't even grade them. Until way later.

This ENTIRELY depends on the situation. I, for one, have had tons of bad experiences with teachers who only care about getting a paycheck (I have literally met MULTIPLE teachers who hardly do anything and when they're in a bad mood they give an attitude and start saying "oh hahaha well i dont care what you all do because I get a paycheck regardless!!! ^v^"). And even in college now, I still put up with bull****.

It depends.
If you got something like a ****** teacher who hates his/her students and doesn't even bother trying, that I hate. It's pretty important that kids learn stuff in school and irresponsible teachers I cannot respect. On the other hand, If a kid is seriously just lacking motivation and doesn't want to work and then blames it on his/her teacher, who is a perfectly good teacher and does all he/she can to teach his/her students, that I don't like. This is the more common alternative here in Finland, as the requirements to becoming a teacher are really high and so they generally know their stuff well/are motivated. |

My siblings have this math teacher who doesn't even really teach. The way they explained it, when he is "explaining" something, it's like he's thinking out loud, so they don't know what's going on most of the time. And apparently if you ask for help on a test (or just in general), he literally just gives you the answer without even really explaining how to get it.
They said that the only way to really pass that class is to cheat. And they aren't the only ones, it's the same for nearly all of his other students. Also, I have a friend who graduated with me, but during our junior year she was taking an honors English class, and apparently the way the teacher taught and set up the tests and everything, it was pretty bad. My friend was getting like C's in that class, and she was Valedictorian and other people who were in my AP English class the next year were not doing very well, either. They transferred to a different teacher in the middle of the semester and their grades began to get better once that happened. Just some examples for ya lol |

Grades are irrevelant.
They distract us from the important things in life like Nature, family etc. It keeps us all distracted while we are slowly destroyed as a race, ever so slowly.... e_e

Well, at my school, most of the teachers are really experienced, having taught for longer than we've been alive, and they do care about their jobs and have passion for them. In contrast, most of the students don't give a damn about their education or future. So what I see most of the time are just students being lazy and making excuses.

That's so smart and well said! You should totally put that on your school transcript! |
