So I spent well over $100 before Christmas last year at TRU, not primarily to do this, but hoping to get Granite Gill Grunt. No coupon ever arrived which I heard was common. I was patient and waited and finally called this past week. The csr said they no longer have any, that they were sold online and sold out. I follow Skylanders pretty closely and never saw that it was for sale online. Also I have never heard of an online exclusive because it definitely wasn't in stores. Any advice on how I can still get it? Should I call back and talk to someone else? The lady offered me a $10 coupon good on anything online. I told her it was "better than nothing, I guess..."

By the way, he isn't "Granite," he's metallic olive green.

I also spent the 100 and never called or did anything about it....its been selling on TRU's Ebay listing for MANY moons now.
