Will the wii portal work for the 3DS verisons of Spyro's Adventure and Giants? [CLOSED]

I've recently bought a Nintendo 2DS and I wanted to get the handheld version of Spyro's Adventure(just the game). But, I need to if the Wii portal works on the 3DS games.

No, you need the portal that comes with. They use a different way to transfer info. Plus, there is no USB for it.

No, the 2/3DS uses a USB portal to use.

^ Actually, it uses InfaRed. You will need a 3DS Portal. Alternatively, you can also use the redesigned 3DS Portal from SWAP Force with both older games(though I'm not sure if you can use a Giants or SA 3DS Portal with SF, I've heard not, but haven't tested).
