I have no idea, but that level's theme was the most interesting of Skylanders levels to me. It felt kind of Toy Story-esque and meta, touching on the lives and purposes of toys that exist for the single purpose of providing fun to their owner and their lives grinding to a halt when they weren't needed.
I looked on Wikipedia's list of voice-actors for Spyro, but he wasn't listed on there. It's wikipedia, and the list might not be entirely complete but still.
