Could somebody please explain how I insert photos from my iPhone photo album I read the forum help files but I still don't understand how to do it thanks in advance.

You can't. Any images in a post need to be from a website. When people post their own photos, they're posting them from a site like Photobucket or imgur. <.<

So you'll need to upload the photos to a website and use the photo's URL to post it.
