Skyrim clean install. [CLOSED]

What do I do to install Skyrim clean on Steam and my computer, with no mods, no junk on the files? I think that's the only way to fix my problem. I just downloaded Nexus Mod Manager today BTW. And would reinstalling it and then cleaning it with TES5EDIT work?

Please explain everything to me as if you were explaining it to a little child, with clear, step by step, easy directions. I have no idea what I'm doing. Even if it's the most basic thing in the world. Please, I need help.


And if you want to know what the problem is, my mods in Steam are not showing up in game. The mods are clicked, checked, updated, showing up in data folder, but nowhere in my game. If you can help me fix just that I'd be most grateful.
