The app keeps freezing on me! [CLOSED]

So...every time I open the app and get past the loading screen, it shows the news banner thingy but the button to close it doesn't show up. And I'm kinda frustrated. 'Cause I am so close to saving up 1,000 gems. Idk if it's the game or my phone itself...

Hi amulet I can't remember which phone you have but that happened on my 4S and I just reinstalled the app.

Did you try force closing the app and reloading it? Beyond that, I have no idea other than what Excelsior said.

It has just happened to me again.

At least it recovered to where i was this time, last time the recovered file was from the day before.
