My daughter and I have played Lost Islands from the very start. When I work on the road and I'm away from home, tapping away helps the time pass by. Just now I started up the app, and it started from the beginning! what do I do? I've spent a TON of money and we have almost all the skylanders, a bunch of gems, and millions of gold and energy. usually when Simpsons Tapped out does this, I just log in to my Origin account and everything comes back. But, I don't see any option to log into the activate account. Does anyone know what I can do to get our stuff back? This is the first time anythoing has messed up in this game for us.

I can't remember for sure where you login to the activate account, but I believe it is from the settings menu - when you click on the right bottom corner, the top icon with the gear.

Play the first few missions then the game will let you tap the kudos symbol to see you friends list. Tap on the Activate symbol on the left of the screen and you should be able to log back into your game.
My game automatically logged me out earlier and I thought I had lost all of my progress again.

I have my devices backup regularly to the iCloud. When my iPad died a fees weeks ago, I was able to reload everything right where I left off.

Yeah I back up my game regularly but when I broke my ipod last year I tried logging into Lost Islands on an iPad and just kept getting error messages. After posting on the activate forums I did eventually get my game back 3 weeks later but I had lost a level and some progress.

Same thing happened to me. I was screaming "NOOOOOOO!!" the entire morning
