My favourite are -

How Spyro sayd "I have to stop him!".

"Oh no , we're too late!".

The end of the trailer.

That part where Spyro and Cynder flyes from the big wave of water.

And the part where Spyro and Cynder are holding after cutscene of the look on the Earth and all the clounds going away !!!!

I liked the beginning where you here Ignitus saying "Even in the Darkest of times, there is always hope." Then you see Hunter's bird flying over The ruins of The Mountain of Malefor.
