Can someone help me figure out what's R and what's not? [CLOSED]

I was reading anime reviews on myanimelist and there were some anime that I was ACTUALLY going to watch but it says it's rated R. I don't know if I should really take it seriously though because fma is rated R on there. So can someone help me figure just how disturbing these 3 shows actually are?

Deadman Wonderland
Ghost in the Shell (movie but whatever)

Deadman Wonderland has a lot of blood. Like they even use blood as a weapon. There's some swearing and just a ton of violence and some bloody deaths. It's still a good anime though, and has aired on Toonami if that's any consolation.

Since they are super police robots, they get naked to get full access to their capabilities. And they get their clothes shot off and stuff. It's not really fanservice, just arty.
